      Yeah, We buy the rights to use it but everything belongs to the government

    I ask my building inspector in Ontario if I can put a tiny home on my land, he said if its not on wheel and fix to the ground he would be happy.

      Yes, that’s great!
      That would mean an A277 unit is permissible but not an RV style home.
      It’s not always a “No” but in our area it often is!
