This is one of my favourite decks and has certainly become one of the tarot decks I find myself picking up the most. The illustrations are non-traditional and beautiful, and each card has an assigned keyword. The way in which this deck approaches the tarot as a reflection of the inner realm, and the way in which the artist has chosen to depict the 'negative' cards lends this deck well to healing and shadow work.

You are hands down in my top tier of deck reviewers and it's a very small group! Your comments are in-depth, insightful, honest, funny, and engaging. Even if I don't plan on getting the deck I learn so much about your ideas and approach to Tarot and Oracle reading, collecting, and assessing. This also goes for other types of videos you make. I recently acquired a used Osho Zen deck very cheaply and was a bit befuddled by how to dive in, and considered passing it along. Your review really made me want to go for it! I agree with you completely about this deck. It took me a while to fully work with it , but once I did... I really felt that it "knew" me, which allowed me to go a little deeper. This is a deck I use for personal healing work, and it is quite honest with me ; ) I hadn't realized there was a glossary in the book LOL - I'm glad you shared that, I will check it out. Okay! You convinced me! I officially love this deck! I hope to add it to my collection soon, it's lovely! I haven't seen a review of it before. I agree with you so much about that two of swords, or clouds in this case. So evocative. It reminds me of the depiction in the Spirit Speak Tarot which shows a girl walking a tight rope with storms and chaos beneath her, which is how I see the two of swords more so than the traditional imagery. It reminds me of that feeling of holding on for dear life in order not to fall into that place of darkness in the mind. There are days when I feel just like that person. I love how it draws these very personal struggles out of each of us in ways that allow us to understand ourselves. Thanks so much for sharing your experience! +Indigo Moon I haven't seen much of the Spirit Speak, I might have to look into it. I do think it gives a wonderful and interesting spin on the more traditional imagery and meaning. I had never thought of purchasing this deck before, due to fact that I never saw how it related to tarot. But I can see the symbolism now. Thank you for sharing this deck and clarifying it for me.its differently a consideration
+Jodie Arentsen (Shadowfox) I think that is a big part of what stopped me from purchasing the deck as well. Had I not found it for $5 at Savers, I doubt I would have ever made the plunge. Like I said, I really don't think the beauty and depth of the deck translates well in pictures online. You'll have to let me know if you ever do decide to pick up a copy and what your experience is. :) xx
Katey I so appreciate your perspective. 2 of swords is one of the reasons I ordered this deck today. I have had a hard time understanding it really. And this card's picture has bridged the gap for me. It is a feeling that is hard to put into words. I have no interest in Osho and would never be interested in a deck like this. However whoever this artist is these images reach me on a very soul level. I am looking forward to working with it.

Thank you for this video! I was scared to buy this deck for the reasons you stated. I am only 2 years into learning tarot and just this year started to work more intuitively. I picked this deck up a couple of weeks ago and i enjoy it immensely! I agree, the artwork is stunning. The deck has its own presence which is quite friendly and agreeable. Thank you! I absolutely loved your review. :) I often feel like I don't use this deck enough, and I don't even know why?! Maybe ´cause I'm a huge tarot nerd so my oracle decks and non-traditional decks get a bit forgotten... I got the Osho Zen Tarot many years ago, but was too young/immature to work with it back then when I was like 18. I think I can get so much more out of it now. I'm considering having it as a "deck of the week" or something, and really work it for a while... :)
It's funny because this deck is supposed to be "so spiritual", but often it does such an amazing job capturing the struggles of everyday mundane life! I love that about it, how it kind of shows us that spirituality isn't just meditation and prayer, it's also how we approach our everyday life and the people we always have around it.

I ordered the Osho Zen today and it should arrive in a couple of days :) Your review is the best of the few I've watched today! I've been reading tarot for quite some time and been collecting decks for about two years now. I have no idea WHY I waited so long to purchase this one. Maybe the time just wasn't "right" until now. Whatever the reason, I am so excited and can't wait to start working with this gorgeous deck. Your explanation of the Two of Clouds brought tears to my eyes - I know that feeling much too well too

Hello Katey, I love Osho Zen Tarot Deck too.
That Schizophrenia card means a lot for me at this moment too, the other book that tells longer stories of these card says we all are schizophrenia, it's the normal states, we had been taught to judge yet we change our mind so often we conflict all the times. We live in illusion yet we taught to believe treat this life so seriously.
