Not gonna lie, I’m awful jealous of you Clayton. You’ve worked hard and are able to be out there doing what you love. It seems to be a good life you’ve built for yourself and one day hopefully (fingers crossed) I can get myself in a situation that I can get out fishing and enjoying life. Keep it up, I’ll keep smashing likes on your vids to support ya the best I can.

Caught my personal best walleye today using this exact set up. Was a beautiful 25.5 inch walleye. Thanks for the lessons Clayton!

Very effective technique. I do it while trolling or drifting, snap the jig and let the boat movement take up the slack. Walter the walleye, I like the look of the spinner jig never heard about this always something to learn

Great as always. Could use help or a video on *where* summer walleyes are located when the water and air temps get warm. My lake was about 77 78 F this past week and I was nearly skunked over 4 days. Just couldn't find them or if I did see them they wouldn't bite. Any help is appreciated!

This has been my worst year ever for walleye. Been out maybe 20 times from shore and I've caught 5 compared to my normal 60+.
It's definitely cool to watch em on the live imaging!
Same here its nothing like it was last year at this time, all the techniques and lures I destroyed on last year are hardly putting any fish in the boat right now
My bites have changed a lot as well this year.
I'm stuck to shore as well so I can't go look for em which is my crutch but yeah. Throw everything but the kitchen sink at em, can't buy a bite lol
Any tips for not getting your line around your rod tip while snap jigging? Almost every snap it wraps all around
hmmmm I know what you are talking about, but I seem to be able to stop that from happening to me now. I think a lot of it is what your wind is doing when your line is slack.

Nice fish....as usual! I have some spinner jigs and they really seem to outperform a lot of other presentations at certain times of the year. Do you fish slow death jigs much?
I fish them a little, but not a crazy amount.

How are Elliott rods compared to other brands like fenwick, shimano, googan etc? Im mostly Pike and walleye fishing
So far very impressed with them!! Way better than anything I have used before. They are more money then the fenwick stuff I am sure but very worth it.

I have 3 GRUV jig boxes which I like but I don’t like their magnetic closer. I love Rapala. I’m old enough to be your father. Rapala to old farts like me is synonymous with quality. They were the first to put good hooks on their lures. Got so tired of having to sharpen hooks before I could fish with them.
