They should just stick with animation for the Witcher
Prove it.
Honestly people need to give more attention to animation in general it allows for awesome stuff without having to worry about conservation of cgi, set building, and other stuff
@@lucasluna1699
Their animated stuff tends to be far more faithful to the source material and has much better pacing.
It also makes sense for them to spend a lot less money on more content. Rather than wasting hundreds of million on a couple of mediocre episodes of the Witcher.
@@lucasluna1699cyberpunk Edgerunners, arcane, blue eye samurai, Castlevania, etc

I loved that part when Geralt said 'wind's howling'.
My favorite part of the trailer is when he said "how do you like that silver?"
I liked when that guy nodded to Geralt's "Care for a game of gwent?"
I like the scene where Geralt said "Medallions humming. A place of power, it's gotta be."
"Not good!"
"A storm, dammit".
They should remake the whole show like this. This looks miles better in every convievable way.
Hater.
You are thinking exactly like me. It would be crazy popular.
And rewrite the complete show while doing it. It is terrible compared to the books or games.
@@RAWxxx07 Lies Netflix Witcher is equally as good as the books and games.

Yep, so this is the way forward with the Witcher. Amazing to bring back Doug as voice for Geralt! ❤❤❤
First thing I noticed
He shouldn't have come back. Netflix doesn't deserve to nostalgia bait us

nope, they rewrote the entire story. Netflix disappointing as usual...
@@avalon5957 I don't mind unless it's completly stupid
@@luccasdubai Well, from the trailer...it is stupid. Or atleast, it is exact opposite of everything The Witcher was about. Witcher was never about some epic destiny, changing the world and war. It was about characters, dialogues and relationships between them. This is just, once again, complete misunderstanding of the brand and...eh...it is just stupid and sad and if they had at least one writer with love for it, they would know it.

I think this is better than the live action series. They can especially have insane creative freedom with those animations.
Witcher is not some high fantasy anime. The whole point of witcher is portraying how reletively normaln human with sprinkle of magic can do against creatures of the dark.

Essi Daveeeeeen
no, like you sow they did akvamen, not a "little sacrifice"
I already see differences. Geralt attacking the ship instead of being told about it, him communing with more then the merwoman and Essi?s character design so it looks like they will twist it a bit... for whats' a little sacrifice?
This is amazing I rather have a animated geralt then have Liam Hemsworth replacing Henry Cavill

I feel like Doug could be the Kevin Conroy of Geralt in animation speaking of who Kevin Conroy passed away exactly 1 year ago today R.I.P Legend 🦇💔
Doug's voice isn't even half as good as Kevin's. Kevin used his natural voice, Doug uses his fake voice and that's a big difference. No offence to Doug but all he does as Geralt is speaking with a growly, whispery-like voice. Something that most people can do. Not many though can replicate Conroy's tone.

Nobody gives a shit about your Henry Cavill, move on. THIS is the true voice of Geralt.
Yeah, this looks good. I’m pumped. Definitely reminds me of the games.
I hope they keep making animated projects like this and "Nightmare of the Wolf" because they can have them more heavily focused on Geralt than the show did, and they can also have way more monsters, which I thought the show didn't have nearly enough of
Call me a cynic, but hiring Doug seems like a desperate attempt from Netflix to win back some of the Witcher fanbase.
Thats actually not a bad theory, especially after they did the show dirty and let Henry go
They should definitely make whole animated series based entirely on books
