1987 B2000. I wired 12 volt with switch on power to my Halos through a relay in the NC (normally closed) configuration. I tapped power off of the turn signal to the pull down windings on the relay. Normal driving, Halos are on all the time, when using the turn signal, the Halos blink opposite of the turn signal. Also upgraded to all LED bulbs and LED headlight bulbs. I had to replace the flasher with a flasher designed for led conversion to keep the turn signals from hyperflashing.
Where can i get the headlight surrounds and the part that holds the lights in as my ute never came with them when i braught it.facial damage once apon a time maybe..
I own a B series 2.2 diesel since 1990 from new.I still have it and enjoy it after 30 years and almost 400000 km.I like the lights but where i live(CYPRUS) is not easy to find them.Only from the e-bay and most of the times are not shipping to Cyprus.Nice job.
Hey I got the link u posted on the headlight . But I got the one that are painted black inside . But I do have an issue wit it . Main light is not bright enuff. Anyway how to fix that problem??
I have the same lens swap with all LED bulbs. No resistors so my blinkers hyper flash. I went with led headlights too. Some slight modification was required for them. All painted in a booth with a black and clear mix. I went to dark on the headlights unfortunately.

I can't seem to find the ones we used in the video anymore. It looks like there's better options now compared to what we went with. The ones with the projector lenses and halo rings would be the next best option as you could run LED lights to have a better light output compared to the ones we used or the factory lights.

the ford 302 bolts in for the most part, but in my opinion you dhould just go for a miata swap. bolts up to the b2200 trans (theyre literally the exact same) and is just better in general.
The link for the lenses no longer works. Did you buy the tail light lenses and the front bumper indicator lenses together or separate? Did you have to order them from overseas? Thailand?

I have love for the 80's B series. 1986 B2200 was my first truck.
Definitely install LEDs in place of all the lights. Will need load resistors but definitely worth the time and money.

I have the same truck but I just went with regular clear lights incident liken the halos to rice I think but everyone has there own taste
These are just the halo portion. Don't they take an H4 or HID bulb?

Thanks, glad you liked the video! And no, we didn't install any HID bulbs. We are looking into adding some LED ones though.

For the halos to work, we spliced the wires into the daytime running lights. Red to red and black to black.
Will i have 1988 mazda b2200 and the grill i have is the same you can make mazda logo chrome on the grill if want something different lol

Have a 93 b truck bad motor n trans wat swaps can be be easy . Like a 4.0 auto tranny from ranger or wat
