I Must say, I’ve struggled with insomnia for my whole life, it’s gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. I’ve tried everything, I stuck to sleeping meds for a while but I haven’t had to take them these past couple of nights. After everything I’ve looked for and have done I have to say this channel has changed my life. I genuinely fall asleep so fast and never in my life did I think it’d be possible. I sleep so well and I don’t wake up anymore. I love the variety of videos and the pictures are so beautiful. I want to thank you for taking time out of your life to make this channel, you really are changing lives out here! ❤
