    This is a great video! I wish I could have known this last June. I didn't even know that you could use machines to buy tickets for the Sky Access. I just go into the ticket office. Also knowing the difference between the orange and blue platforms is helpful. The biggest problem I have is getting back from Nippori to Narita for the return flights. I pay for Sky Access, change at Takasago and end up taking a Rapid. Keisei staff are generally not very helpful, and always try to sell me tickets on the Skyliner service. I've only had 1 good experience with them, out of 5 attempts. Like I said, I wish I had seen this video last June. So now, I just take the bus to and from Tokyo Station. It's more straightforward.

    • @EnjoyingLife.
      @EnjoyingLife.  Před 21 dnem

      I kinda get why they kept offering you the skyliner, it's a direct route to the airport from that area though a little more expensive.
      I hope this becomes helpful the next time you return to Japan.
      Oh and here is a tip, the sky access is basically a local train too, if you ever have a morning flight out from Haneda this line will be too much of a hassle.
      I experienced it first hand last May, I had a noon flight from Haneda to Osaka, I left very early and waited for the sky access from Asakusa Station and oh man, the train was JAM PACKED with commuters, I waited a little over 1hr and still I had to squezz and push myself in the train.
      My point is, sky Access in the morning going to Haneda is gonna be tough especially with big luggages.
      Just incase you have a morning flight out from Haneda 😆

    But, I have 2 small questions 😄
    Can I follow the same steps to reach "A-09 Daimon St"?
    And is there any difference between the Skyaccess that goes to Nippori vs the one that goes on the Asakusa line? I see that both seem to be colored with orange at start of the line.

    • @EnjoyingLife.
      @EnjoyingLife.  Před 4 měsíci

      Hi! So I just checked google this morning, it say that sky access also stops at Daimon Station via direct route, so no changes. :)
      -note: you can always check with google regarding your destination, just type in (example) Narita Airport to Daimon Station, then click the train Icon, it'll show you all the trains you can take.-
      As for your 2nd inquiry, I believe (please don't quote me on this) that the Skyliner is the one that travels to Nippori-Ueno Station, if so that's different from the Sky Access. (Safer to ask an attendant when in doubt 😅😃)
