because this footage is from the GT Sport demo and during the demo the counter steering was so unresponsive/delayed if you were using a controller. So if you turned of the TC and the back end of the car started sliding through a corner, you wouldn't be able to control the slide and your car would just spin out. It was one of the main complaints with GT community at the time. Also the Dualshock 4 doesn't have pressure sensitive buttons, so that means if you use the X button to accelerate, you can no longer balance the throttle like you could in previous GT games. In GT Sport its either full throttle or no throttle.
