Does anyone know how pepino costumes work in swap mode as in do they transfer to the corresponding noise costumes or do they just carry over from your pepino save file?
y'know I'm not too sure what I expected of an actual 2 player experience instead of just one person using both characters, but this seems pretty accurate. I do wonder how/if this would work in a speedrun context though
so it looks as if the second player is just automatically following behind the leader, and they can try to grab something (including the leader to launch them and take their place, haven't seen if they can grab enemies too) which if it misses, they just fall off the screen and respawn back in the following position. They can also taunt which I'm guessing can be like a backup parry. The way the fightball works, I'm still not sure if it happens immediately after the second player holds dash while the leader is mach-dashing, since player 2 isn't able to move around on their own. (I can probably test this out myself by just using Steam controller settings to add some key presses to my current controller setup if no 2-player gameplay comes out confirming this stuff soon)

Native online won't be supported, but you can use Steam Remote Play if couch co-op isn't realistic
