So Pizza Tower recently got a free new update dubbed The Noise Update, and with it, in addition to finally being able to play as The Noise, there's a couple of other things which were added that were previously unused. It's not a lot, but hey, it's something! Hope you enjoy!

There is also the Noise’s Transformations that got re-added, such as Ghost Noise, Pizza Rat Noise, His Massive Minigun, Noise riding the Weenie, Knight Noise, and Fire Mouth Noise to name a few!

ACTUALLY! There is a second method to Unlock Noise! Beat up Peppino on the Title Screen enough and you'll unlock him. (I know this sounds fake, but it's how I unlocked him!)

There was actually another unused Sprite re added! It is that of peppino's mach 1 jump as it now plays when switching to him in swap mode
Btw, hit Peppino 100 times at the save select. It also unlocks Noise... for some reason.

also give homer some recognition, yes, maybe maurice did do a satanic summoning of homer but that doesnt homer has to be left behind, he released the update!!
Pizza tower fact: the used character select menu is not the same as the old one, if you type “player_room characterselect A” into the debug menu, you enter the old character selection screen where it reveals how you where originally were gonna switch character (bascially how it used to work but instead of it saying “P1” it say the character name above they’re head when you are hovered over them)
why does nobody talk about how peppino has war medals on his wall

Every single thing in that room is a reference to some random lore that McPig has made up on the spot before. Peppino has PTSD from "The War" as an example.

The purple combo ghost that's seen when you first start a combo in a stage actually is a restored thing, though from what i've been able to find the purple variant was only ever seen in a few of PTG's showcases of the game with an early combo meter.
Still, nice to see it get reused for the final as a indicator for a P rank.

There indeed is a lot of sprites made for noise that didnt make it into the update, for example, theres a sprite for noise's knight wallbump that never appears, or a sprite for a skateboard doublejump that didnt make it into the release either. (spr_playerN_knightbump and spr_playerN_skateboarddoublejump)

Fun fact! The animation when Noise gets hit by Doise's ending rock is from multiplayer!
I really like how at stage 3 of pizza towers final boss when it throws every boss at you it just throws a corpse into battle

also the noise's throw move that was unused for mort is back. but only for noise.
Speaking of playable characters, there was a leaked video of playable Mr. Stick of all characters. So I guess there's a possibility that one of the next updates with be about him, maybe...
It wasn't official actually it was leaks for a playable mr stick mod
the heat tv isnt exclusively for the red pepper pizza tv. i remember seieng it in other levels while playing swap mode
For the co-op one, Could it have been left in as the devs WERE planning on adding co-op at some point but weren't able to do so before the release dead line?
There never was a said release dead line, so there probably wasn't even one at all
There is an editor being worked on if you look in the files

0:44. there is a scrapped double jump animation for noise found in the files, and another where it showed a scrapped mechanic where noise would bounce off the rat balloons instead of becoming the balloon.

Interesting fact:
There are two unused sprites for the noise
First spirte makes him to do skateboard double jump (not jetpack from old builds)
and Sexond sprite is Knight's bump sprite. It seems that knight/all tranformation was planned to be like peppinos

I think someone found a different version of the character select which has the characters names above them, move it boy playing, and sound effects for selecting each
hey! just so you know, the intrigued screen (aka heatmeter peppino screen as you like to call it) was also used for the scrapped pizza tv dialogue (like "this is the fireass transformation text" of "this is the knight transformation text")! it can also be seen with noise, where he literally BREAKS out of the pizza tv, and is staring VERY anxiously at himself (the one you are playing as).

There actually are 2 unused animations added in this update, spr_playerN_skateboarddoublejump and spr_playerN_knightbump (names may be slightly different)
another thing that may be a coincidence is that the Wall bounce may be reused from the pogo noise since if you do a dash with that noise, it will do the same jump as the actual noise

if pepper man and the vigilante get added...who or what is going to replace the boss versions? i mean the doise replaces the noise's boss so it's not noise vs Nosie
Pepperman was planned to only be playable in R-R-Freezerator, so if he does get readded, i don't think he will be playable in any other level. The vigilante would be a bad idea to add as a playable character bc of his limitations.
4:31 actually I guess this tv has same code as noise jumping out of tv so it can be seen every time you get “twisted” combo not just 50
The Noise update was an unexpected one. A very much welcome one, but it definitely cam straight from left field for me
When defeating The Doise normally, a rock hits your head before Pedito takes Doise away. The sprite of the rock hitting Peppino OR Noise are reused.
The fact that you can play as the noise now makes me want to play pizza tower

For some reason the whole update feels like a whole new game due to the Noise different gameplay and all the new art & music included.
Kind of like how old Genesis era Sonic games are when you play as Knuckles

I have no clue if anyone has modded the heat meter back into the game properly but it genuinely seems like such a need for this kind of game. It would be a super fun hard mode or even better if it was properly incorperated into the whole game. I dont think the heat meter should reward you with more points but it should be a way to basically challenge the player depending on how well you're preforming. It would make P ranks so much harder in the sense that the higher your combo is the more deadly the level is to escape and that sounds absolutely horrifying and awesome

This isn’t exactly unused content per say, but before this update when you had to use cheats to be the noise, one of the costumes that it would put on you if you wore a certain costume of peppino it looked a lot like the “fast porcupine” costume.

While it's still being worked on there's a really cool pepper man character mod ( don't think it's available publicly, but don't quote me ) that makes him unique from Peppino and The Noise. Just look up Pepper man playable character and you should be able to find it
Edit: so yea Playable Pepperman mod or something along those lines will work, and the mod in question is called "Full Course Pepperman" ( or it may just be Full Course dunno. I'm not a researcher I'm just a dude *says quietly* leave me alone )
