Phoenix police have arrested a hit-and-run driver after a man was struck and killed by a car near Interstate 17 and Indian School Road early Thursday morning.

In a crosswalk on a green light? Or the usual cut across wherever whenever usually half stoned out of their mind. Then you got folks driving however and probably with no insurance or license. Half probably obvious to any rules. Bam it’s just another normal day in arizona.
