Jimmy is smart for bringing Latinos to his show. The Latin audience is probably the biggest lol smart man
too bad none of them can speak english
Helena B shut the fuck up
ActuallyDaniel i did not mean to offend anybody i am latina myself but it is the truth that only the small minority of these countries are able to speak english and you can see it
Helena B cause they’re afraid to speak English that’s all mujer 👍
Helena B, the way you worded that made me think that you were trying to make fun of them. Regardless, even if they aren’t able to speak English, the fact that there is representation of Latin figures in American media is extremely important. If, even if it is a small percentage, that there are people seeing themselves being represented, it shows that we can be taken seriously for our works, and not be mocked and stereotyped.
Look at these artists coming into the US and speaking English. Props to them! I wish artists from the U.S. would take the time to go to foreign countries and try to learn their language! Arriba los Latinos!
Balvin grew up partially in New York I believe that's why his english is so good + he listened to a lot of hiphop/r&b from the US.
Tropical99 lived in New York? I didn’t know that 😱😂
Some do
@Jessy Carter like...?
@Jessy Carter Let's see, 3 of them are latinos, so...besides, none of them can hold a conversation in spanish, they can say just a few words in spanish but nothing else. Will Smith came to Spain yesterday, he still can't say more than Hola qur tal! And a few words here and there.
The only american celebrity ( no latina) that comes to my mind that speaks spanish is Gwineth Paltrow (idk if this is how is written)

Man J balvin is breaking a lot of barriers. Thank you.
no. madonna is . j balvin did not have one crossover. madonna sponsor these 2 regeton stars? how come luis miguel is not famous like them in the anglo market? cause regeton is the way to destroy the real american music wake up!!!
Madonna is old and boring now. Luis Miguel is also now old and boring now. They both already had their “moment” now J BALVIN is having his. You wake up and learn how to spell reggeaton before you try to teach me something. What is “real” American music? America is made of all types of people, soooo..Ty bye.
Jennifer Miller madonna? She hasn't done anything with j balvin. Both j balvin and maluma are international star, so it had to hit the USA sooner or later.
Jennifer Miller This is what’s wrong with the world. I’m over here minding my own business and praising another human being for their achievements. But someone has to rain on the parade.
Which ones? He's a COLOMBIAN. A foreigner not a US demographic. He was never an "oppressed minority", I've noticed people with Spanish names living in the US keep on trying to make 1 single demographic group out of many nationalities. Do you see many Norwegians in Fallon's show? Do you see many Japanese? Would you confuse a Taiwanese person with an Asian American? That whole "latino/hispanic" demographic group exists only in American heads. And I say it as someone from Colombia. This is my country man.

Edson Arevalo and tbh i don’t give a fuck about a gentleman or any of that shit, and what if i hate her without knowing her? you hate reggaeton without understanding it or knowing it 🤷♂️ i guess it’s the same thing

Scottish people roll the R perfectly, if you have a Scottish friend maybe they can help you practice. You basically have to raise the tip of your tongue towards the roof of your mouth barely touching it then blow out as you pronounce the R. The vibration of the air on the tongue is what makes the sound. Try doing it in front of a mirror.
