5 pro tips in 7 minutes is crazy, a lot of youtubers would turn this into a 25 minute video
This is why I like you Malone. You're not trying to turn a quick 7-minute tutorial into a 25-minute word salad masterclass!
More specifics about the cooldown lap safety rating stuff: SR is in affect until the final car crosses the finish line on checkered flag. So if you're higher up in the pack you've got more time until SR no longer takes affect VS if you're lower down in the pack
Basically, just do 1 more lap and go into the pits. You'll basically always be good that way.
Matt please do more of these videos. Iracing is honestly kinda confusing for noobs, so these little tips are very helpful.

PRO tip "Don't crash" a trip to the pits is never good.
All great tips Matt.....What about practice, its easy to forget as you've turned more laps than most. But 1 year in I am at A licence 2k but spend most my time practicing as I don't want to get in anyone's face in a race and be a arse due to bad car control or track knowledge. Tip number 6 folks, don't be an arse.

iRacing can be intimidating, and there are so many little "hidden" features. These kind of videos are great. Perhaps a future tip about moving black boxes.

Not worth a video I think it is ALT-k then you just grab the boxes and move them to where you want them. Been a while since I did it, there are several youtube guides out there already. Last but not least, don't be intimidated have fun 🤣

VRS is best for setups
Setups are all about driving style, I used vrs for ages but found them very loose and depending who made the setup didn’t always suit me. I use Craig’s setup shop now and much prefer them. Vrs does have some really great features tho and use them a lot still
1 and only pro tip is don't waste your time playing this, do something worthwhile instead
