I’m loving this type of content! A lot of our kids our now growing up into tweens (the older videos really helped while the kiddos were still small)…so now it’s fun to see content on this new stage of parenting!

i used to watch you’re guys’ channel growing up and now that i’ve grown up myself let me tell you guys. it’s all about the high school hang out spot. for me it was my house after sports games, school events, even if we all hung out we all ended up at my house no matter what. just wait till sophomore year.
its crazy! i use to watch when I was in middle school, now i watch this as i have exams the next morning. time flies!

My kids are 24, 25, and 26 now, and I remember this. My house was the hangout house. Our house also has a rotary phone built into the wall, which my kids' friends always wanted to use!🤦♀️. Especially if some of the friends were going through tough times at home, they could cone over.

Honest question for anyone with experience: 3 boys who share a room (14, 12, 9), and having a friend over becomes challenging because the brothers don’t leave them alone and there’s nowhere they can go to be alone. Is having friends here just hopeless? Mostly these days they meet up somewhere or go to someone else’s house. 😕

I'm in middle school and my friends and I hang out by going to the public library and studying there/looking at books most of my friends (except for the ones I've had since I was like 5) have only been to my house twice
I’ve found being a middle school mom to my oldest daughter is sooooo much different than it was being a MSM to her older brothers.
It’s like having a younger sister again. She likes to “borrow” my stuff, asks my opinion on clothes/makeup/boys, but she will definitely roll her eyes when I use teen language 😄
