Lee Priest did not need social media he was all over the media the magazines he has beaten all the best bodybuilders of the 90s well almost he turned pro at I think 20 he won against Ronnie not too many people could say that
Lee is a great guest.
Last years expo Guy was literally walking out I called his name and he came over and took a pic with me. Nicest guy out there don’t know why so much hate. I waited in like for an hour for big Ramy and when it was my turn he shut his booth down. Nick and guy are all about the fans. Can’t wait to see you guys in 3 weeks !

I have a similar experience, My wife and I were the first people who didn’t have cash and wanted to pay with a card at the expo in 2021 and even though Guy struggled like hell to get his Square app thing to work he was nice as could be and we loved meeting him. He was one of the nicest Pros there

I think IFBB Pros put 'IFBB Pro' because they are proud. As you know everyones journey is different and it's a huge accomplishment. As a small industry I think athletes should be supporting each other not constantly judging those who don't think/do the same as you.

Of course he doesn’t tell anyone to follow what he does, but he has a large following and there’s always dumbasses that will try to do what he does, and then when something tragic happens to them they’ll say “well, I saw Sam sulek doing it so I thought I could too”.

What about the pros on the bench or on the scout teams in other sports ... they are pros but not playing. I think putting IFBB Pro in their profiles for some of us regular folks is just about accomplishing a goal. There was a time when no one knew you, but you worked your asses off and now we do.
I just think its about accomplishment and trying to get yourself into the mindset of taking things to the next level. I dont think its meant to disrespect actively competing pros.
The thing that bothers me are guys who identity as classic physique, but not good enough to turn pro in that division, so they also do mens physique pro qualifers to win the card
Sam never says what he does is ok or not. He just documents what he does. Guy and nick clearly never watched very much of his content
Yea yea everyone understands that technically, Sam doesn’t tell anyone to do what he does, but the point is he has a large following and there’s a lot of people out there that will take it as advice and try to emulate what he does, and then when they get health issues they’re gonna blame Sam.
