how did it go?
mans messed up the counting.
My perfect morning routine:
- wake up at 5:25-5:55
- yoga for 15 minutes
- make and eat breakfast and read for 90 minutes
- meditate for 10 minutes
- go outside for 55 minutes (usually read poetry, wrote in my journal, or took a nap on this hammock type thing)
- creative writing for 45 minutes
I like reading and writing and those are my personal goals, this was also at a time where I had a lot of motivation. Now I have less motivation and more things I want to get done. Might just try and wake up early again, bc rn I wake up around noon.
Just start with waking up early and slowly all thing will, fall in place

I have a doubt while reading 'The 5 am club'. In this book, author asks us to do intense workout for 20 mins after waking up at 5 O' clk... it seems like we have to start doing exercise as soon as getting out of our bed...
my qn is should we do those exercise without pooping or we should take time to clean up our stomach and start to do exercise?? Plzz sumone clarify!!

He has a point but nowadays, schools are starting later giving children to sleep in few minutes and hat results to better concentration and productivity. I honestly am confused with all these variations.
Just try It. Use this variation in your life and see what happens.
Sir .Doctors and other medical professionals who have to work late night and morning..how will they wake up early in the morning and exercise.Can you please suggest something for them
@@yedhus8925 If doctors are working late night daily then it might be difficult for them to do this. So they can do it whenever they wake up . And if you have to work late night on 1 or 2 days in week then you can do on all others days.

takes me 90 minutes i dunno. need help. wake up relax and wash face n tooth 10mins. train 20mins. come back for shower, 20 mins isn't enough for both meditation and journaling for me.
