We have been acrossing the angry river on a shaking wooden logs when we know that there’s a stone bridge ahead if we just hike a little bit further. And we are not alone in this mindset😌

Hence why I am here watching videos instead of revising for my human body exams (6 chapters left to be revised)

And don’t get discouraged to try to cook new meals even disasters happened - Jassie was in that state for some time as well before she can cook well🥲

Make meat not stinky - first check the date!!
Second, dry/wash the blood off on the meat
Third - season the meat before cooking it (soy sauce, black pepper, DO NOT PUT SALT though
Fourth - a drizzle of cooking wine during cooking always help

Well that’s the first mistake I’ve done 😅 why not salt? Anyway, I will soak it in fish sauce later then 🧑‍🍳
