I loved the house tour! A desk tour video and a video on the baby items would be amazing! (I never thought about a toy subscription but omg that’s perfect!)

The peninsula is more expensive than even SF. My guess is that’s she’s in east bay, hence the use of “Bay Area” instead of naming a city.

That is really cheap rent for a 3 bed in the SF bay area, must not be in the city.
Just in case you decide to move again someday, think about Roseville, Folsom, Granite Bay, and El Dorado Hills. They're the best and safest places on Earth to live.
