Hey brotha just wanted to let you know. I lost my nephew on the 18th Friday morning at 4:05am and been in this funk for a couple of Days and your video gave me peace. I know it was just about burping the radiator but it didnât matter it took my mind of everything and for 12:01 I was normal thanks man you have no idea how it helped. I look forward to watching your videos
His wake is tonight and Iâve been dressed since 12:00pm. Iâm all messed up lost and donât know what the hell to do. Anyways thanks
Brother Iâm so sorry to hear about this, I honestly couldnât imagine what you are going through... I would love to dedicate our next video to your nephew if youâd be ok with that? If so email me some info at BREW2LVLOGS@GMAIL.COM keep your head up brother, you and your family will be in many thoughts and prayers tonight Iâm sure đ
Derpy Derp sorry to read this. I know what itâs like. We lost our youngest in 2011!! In a vehicle accident. Just keep your head up this goes to all involved. Peace to you all!!!
Hey brother u don't know me, but my prayers go out to u & ur family, this week my mom will be gone a year so i know what it's like. May God help with ur healing, God bless.
Just want to THANK all of you guys this would mean everything to my brother and his son (my nephew). He was a good kid never said a bad word and was just a loving human being. He loved cars and loved his family. The last time we talked he was trying to finance a mustang GT but didnât make enough money and we planned on building him a notch back. I will be driving my 66 mustang tomorrow morning to lay him to rest. And I WILL DO A BURN OUT thank you guys again.
Drew I sent you an email titled DAVID
THANKS MAN
The ending was definitely my favorite part
Mine too đŻ%
I think I speak for a lot of us when I say there are more of us who love what you do than those who don't. All mustang owners should know by now that LMR is our Toys R Us store. I can't tell you how many times you've helped me and you don't know me from a hole in the wall. Keep doing what you do brother, we support.
Well... this video posted an hour earlier than it was supposed to.. đ€Łđ€Łđđđ oh well, enjoy!
The easiest way to get all the air out is to park on a incline or jack the front of your car up just a little while running and that will get all the air out the quickest way.
Very true! I usually do that.. I probably should have mentioned it in the video. Thanks for sharing that đ
Any time Brother, always willing to share some knolage to help somebody, that's a big part of why I like your videos, because your doing the same,Keep up the good work, and don't give a shit about the baggy duesh's out there that more then likely have never owned a mustang, but talk like they know better.
Thank you Brew and Foxaholic for the video and extra bit of advice! I recently replaced my overflow tank, but the damage was already done. I had lost too much coolant and was having overheating problems in my 88 GT. I replaced the thermostat (may not have needed to) with a 192 and used these fill/burp techniques with great success. Even in the Houston heat with the AC on, the needle is staying near center now.
@@brianloftin9196 I'm glad those old tricks could help.
I donât think lmr is gonna tell ya how to tweak your door with a little ass and a piece of wood. Thatâs stuff that only time will teach you. To hell with the nay sayers. Youâve helped me in more ways than one with my fox. Consider this an overdue thank you man. Keep these vids comin!!
Thanks to you and foxcast media I got a fox body and Iâm loving the experience, keep up the awesome work you guys do đȘđŒđȘđŒđȘđŒ
Hi my advice to you Sir do not listen to the haters keep up the good work đ
Agreed âïž thanks brother will do
To each their own, but something I learned years ago is to have a slightly warm vehicle prior to evacuation of old coolant mixture. When refilling always turn heater on full blast. Although it dissipates heat it will allow fresh coolant mixture throughout system efficiently. I also like to do a 70/30 split with 70% water and 30% coolant. I then add a bottle of Redline Water Wetter. As I know, colder motor produces more power. Good video tho!
Great video as always brutha! Keep em coming!
Thanks bud! Appreciate that đ
Enjoy the content and channel. You are the mustang whisperer. No one can dispute that. Keep it coming and we'll keep watching.
Donât worry about the haters dude! The rest of us appreciate your videos! đŠ
Keep doing what you're doing Brutal. You are a true Mustang enthusiast, and I think 9.6K subscribers would agree with me. Some say that Elvis isn't the King of Rock n' Roll, but you know the rest.
Dude of all the Mustang channels on youtube, I find yours to be the most informative. I love the way you take the time to explain everything. LMR parts are great but I can honestly say I have never seen or heard you push a product. Those suckers that dont like the videos....there's the electric highway, dont let it hit ya where the good Lord split ya!
I've got basically the same exhaust setup, but no B Cam for the bumpty bumps. đ
Hey brother just wanna say that those people giving you crap about your videos and how much you know about the mustangs are one's that have no idea about cars at ALL! I love your videos and your personality you help us learn much more about our cars and your funny sometimes. Your down to earth and the most part help me with my car? So thank you and please keep them videos coming!
OUTSTANDING! AMEN BROTHER!!! I see negative comments and thumb down buttons hit on this channel all the time. From people saying negative about the content or negative about Brew2L if you don't like it don't watch! Don't enjoy it don't watch! This guy works hard to do this channel with little if much at all gain other than the support from fans, subscribers, and very little from LMR. I am a huge fan and enjoy the content and conversations with Brew2L the way I see it is this is ALL OF US FANS CHANNEL......BREW2L JUST RUNS AND POST IT so if you don't like it leave. Keep'em coming brother we fans gotcha back.
Well said to "The Ford Racing Patio" hit the road... Your channel is great bro and anybody with a brain can see that your a true Fox Stang enthusiast. Hope to meet you one day at a Fox event, your real bro and the content is always great. Keep doing what you do...
Thanks budđđ hopefully I can get to some of these events, Iâd love to meet you guys!
"Hit the road jack!" lol
A PRO-M mass air sensor will fix your idle problems. I had the same issue with mine and a fellow gear head swore by the PRO-M. The stock ford mass air sensor doesn't seem to like performance cams and no matter how many times you adjust your idle, it will go back to "hunting" for the correct idle. Get a PRO-M, you won't be sorry. I have a Trick flow cam/head/intake with a vortech 10lb blower and I once I put the PRO-M on, I have not had to adjust the idle even once. (And no, I don't work for them. lol)
drill a tiny burp hole in the thermostat rim.
Disconnect the battery so the computer will relearn after reset.
Running Prestone Flush for 2-300 miles before draining eliminates that mineral deposits and rust in the cooling system.
NOT a mustang enthusiasts...??. WTF are these people on.. they obviously do not actually watch your channel huh, anyways you rock! Keep up the good work.. and my exhaust is basically exactly like your setup, bbk h pipe w/flows. Great sound imo
Keep doing you man! These videos give a really good amount of advice. Even if it doesnât apply to my car (82 GLX Hatch) because itâs carbed. But still a lot of things on here that can and will apply to my car some day. But keep up the good video, this channel, and foxcast media have been my favorites for a while
Thanks Craig! I appreciate the feedback brother đŻ%
Everybody goes about building there cars different or maybe just doing a few bolt on's or maybe just buy complete original car and keep it shined up and everyone has a different budget if you like the cars and have followed and owned them or even just hope to own one you are a true enthusiast this isn't a competition and like Brew2l said if you don't like it leave.
I know this is older video and I watch all your new content but I wanted to see how to burn my cooling system and you popped up so I watched and learned, but the end was hilarious đyou tell me bro
Perfect song at the end bro! Haters are motivaters! Keep em coming!
Exactly âïž
Hey Brew, great how to tutorial! It's cool to see you doing even the small things like this and of course you know what they say!!!!! You ain't somebody till the haters come at you, lol!!! Keep them hating and keep laughing at them with a nice cold beer in your hand!!!!!!
Mr.Brew2L, don't fret brother u never pushed anything on us mustang guys and if we didn't like what u were talking about we don't have to watch, u have helped us all out Tremendously and we appreciate it, hell if we were rich we would buy one complete and all stock, but! That does take the fun out of our hobby. So keep up the good work and we will decide if we want to watch u or not. Anyway great video & u have helped me quite a bit, so thank you sir. đșđž MERICA
Always looking out for the Fox body clan...I appreciate all your videos and it helps me enjoy having my Fox in my life. Cheers!
I didn't burp my cooling system after I replaced the heads on my 92. It was overheating without fail. I burped it with the car on an incline and it solved the problem 1st time around. I read some tips and that was the recommended way to do it right.
About that hater, I got into it with that guy after he started bad mouthing your efforts. Not cool. He could have been making a valid point, but instead was attacking you and being a dick about it. There's no reason for any of that in a community where we all are here for the love of the car. There are so many cars to choose from, and we chose the Fox. Like you said, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Well said brother. You don't need negative people on your channel. đđ
Good stuff as always!!!!
Btw havenât seen you push anything on this channel đŻ
Thanks bud!
I donât care where you get your parts and I like your videos. I went to the junkyard today and found a few parts I needed but if I couldnât find them there LMR was my next source. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for showing me that probe trick! I was using sewing machine needles! Very traumatic!
Always looking forward to your videos after a long dayđ„đ€đ» can you do a video about the pcv valve? I can't seem to find that s.o.b.
Thanks, I actually have a video coving it. Here you go. czcams.com/video/RrRWOZaZfAU/video.html
Iâm new to the channel and I think ur very smart when it comes to mechanics
If your wanting to go the raise the idle route Iâd wedge something between the screw and the stop like cardboard or something. That would avoid the computer making any changes to the tps when it goes into closed loop. Another option would be to block off the front of the radiator so it canât draw fresh air through it. Again cardboard.
Don't feed the trolls bro. Keep it pushing
I have the identical exhaust except mine are the full length of the car and the previous owner spit them out the back of the bumper on either side with chrome tips. Gotta get a new bumper at some point and do the turn downs as well.
once up to temp. I usually turn the heater on as well. oh never mind you mentioned it at the end lol :) Oh ya and for those that don't know you can get the Distilled water at Walmart for under a $1. It's all I drink and use in my cars too!
PS: Work and Family all ways come first! no big deal if you don't make it to that event...âŠ. your informational vids and work on the Fox's is why most come to watch anyway. Not some meet up.
Youâre right family first! đ I appreciate the kind words đ
derpy hay man sorry for your loss,
Great idea on flipping those quad shocks.. I put 1/4 spacers on my wheels but I may do what you said. Maybe show a vid on that if you have the wheel off sometime.
Anytime brother, thanks for watching đ
Antifreeze is not just to keep your car from freezing in the winter it makes your motor run cooler then water can in warm weather it also keeps your cooling system from corroding water corrodes aluminum and rusts your block from the inside out
Who gives a shit what haters say...
Thanks for the tutorial on the radiator, actually about to replace mine when I change this intake. I've done one before, probably 10-15 years ago, it all came back when you burped the system. đ
I have a SN95 Rearend disc.. with 2003 Cobra wheels , 275s in back and it rubs from time to time. I took cut off wheel to inner lip sanded and painted the metal back down.. seems to do ok. My passenger side does sag on that side a little lower. BTW took me 3 times to finally get the system fully burped..
Sometimes the cutting wheel is the best option! They can be a total pain to burp sometimes
Hey BREW2L I love wt u do with the channel and your sharing a lot to mustang lovers like me so keep up the good work and let them haters hate because they make u look great lol ...keep up the good content brother because people like me really enjoy it n canât wait until the next upload an in the mean time ...k them haters ...Georgia boys up đđđ
Another great and very informative video i learn every time you post thank you
Tailpipes look good on 4-eye and LX Mustangs, but nothing sounds as good as turndowns.
I love the sound of turn downs đ€đ„
BREW2L I haven't had tailpipes on anything since 97, haha!!
Always great videos, keep doing what you do. Can't please everybody.
We appreciate your videos, bro
Mic Drop at the end haha Classic!
People will say whatever it takes to get noticed that guy is an ass a baby donkey whoever he or she is keep doing what you doing my life has bin a whole lot different your a peaceful person and people there not only here for the mustang stuff but because your a talented person with a whole lot of knowledge on these cars and they hate that so let them hate great video I always learn something new on this channel
I have a cooling problem sometimes. Gotta keep the rad fins clean. Get gummed up with bugs and other garbage.
The one dislike must have been the one that hit the road! Damn good videos on this channel and definitely needs more subs
Did me. Replaced o rings on my 7.3 oil cooler Saturday... wasnât that just a blast, so burping an system I had to do as well but with more water distilled of course.
I bet that thing held a lot more water than the fox. Lol
I run mostly water lil antifreeze just so it does not rust lol but it does not get that cold here in LA
11:06
You donât even have to address that.
You donât have to explain yourself to ANYONE!
They can pound salt.
Keep it up.
I know many will say this is an extremely easy task, but I am also sure it has helped many. Thanks for the videos and keep em coming. Also, have you ever used any Anderson camshafts? Have you ever went solid roller camshafts? I am more than likely gonna stick with a pushrod small block ford possibly a 9.5 deck (351W) stroker next and go solid roller cam, trick flow high port heads, and a single plane intake with throttle body & elbow (for boost) next. Probably gonna hang an 88mm off it. What is your favorite in your opinion 351 based stroker cubic inch? I was thinking of a dart shp block and the 460 cubic inch stroker, but what would you do if you had an endless budget but wanted to stick with the 9.5 deck height sbf build with a turbo?
Derpy sorry for your loss! I lost my mom 3 days ago, the first two were rough but it will get better with time. Take care of yourself.
Another terrific video!!! Thank you
thanks for the video. really helps a lot
Damn F that guy I think you are providing us all a great service in sharing your knowledge and also just pure entertainment on the cars and builds we love what ever you gotta do to keep em on the road man parts are always interchangeable and replaceable keep up the awesome work
Engine sounds pretty healthy!
Literally standing outside letting my POS run while hoping it burps the air out of the cooling system. Itâs running so hot last few days and driving me insane. New coolant new electric fan module new coolant 4 core radiator. Still overheating. Ready to sell
Hey man just wanted to say keep up the good work also I would love to see you put long tubes exh. Like mac.on one of your mustang full mac.system Thanks Big E
Keep it gangsta Brew!!
Love your channel man fuck the haters
if you dont like this channel, hit the road jack. nuff said...
Tool & foxbodys !! Thatâs what we do !!!!
Iâm thinking of changing the exhaust on my 89â GT since the current exhaust is:
Stock headers
No H or X pipe
Downpipes welded to two giant catalytic converters to two more pipes
Some unknown aftermarket mufflers and tailpipes.
I want to upgrade to:
Some type of cheap but nice aftermarket headers
Flowmaster High Flow catalytic converters
SVE off-road X pipe
Flowmaster outlaw mufflers.
BREW2L whatâs your opinion (Iâm going for sound in something that I use as a daily and can pass emissions and with a surprise small gain in power)
The reason for the current exhaust is that the car was my Grandpaâs and he had it changed to be quieter.
I think any hi-flow cat setup with flowmasters will sound great đ
Sweet! Iâm torn because I donât know if I want Flowmasters Outlaw series or the American thunder series catback exhaust
Honestly either is a great choice, just comes down to what you like đ€

So my tps being to high can cause lunging. Mines auto. 86. Been a job but I love her. TOOL RULEZ
If itâs bouncing above 1 volt it can cause lunging
@@BREW2LFOXBODY THANKS
Love this Chanel
You can use a wood baseball bat to roll the fenders
awesome video, i just came back from a drive, pulled in garage and heard a hissing sound and white smoke coming from top hood need windshield.. popped hood and notice green coolant sprayed on firewall.. could it be a hose direct from the rad???
What about running with the heater on to circulate the new anti freeze through the whole system?
It circulates with the heater off.
BREW2L Thanks I did not know that. I always did the anti freeze change with it on because I was told otherwise. I guess it was just a old wives tale.
Erik Ressdorf running the fan motor (heater) does let you know if the water is circulating through the system. If the heater gets warm then water is moving through the system. đ
@fordracingpatio this guy , is all about fun and helping others .. take your neg comments and leave his page.
âïžđđđ„đ„đŻđŻ
When will we have your new ride on the channel?
Good info here, as I plan to do a water pump replacement in a few days. I wouldn't let negative people say bother me. CZcams is rampant with it. That's the one thing that bothers me about being involved with car related things. You have some simple minded people that have the need to turn anything about it into a penis measuring match. As for LMR, their stock isn't perfect, but they're better than any other place out there that I've found, so I buy there.
I'll say this at the ford racing patio turd, get a grip man, foxbodies arent and will never be old muscle cars, the WHOLE benefit of them is they are easy to mod and almost affordable, if I was you I'd start driving the ones you have because they arent ever....EVER GONNA BRING BIG BLOCK 4 SPEED FASTBACK MONEY....NEVER! I saw a 90 gray hatchback with not even 900 miles on it the other day in a guys garage, I was buying headers from him, he ended up selling that car for 12 k. That's real world value. I say the guys that keep them all stock and never take them out are wanna be investors, and guys like me that drive them enough to warrant 3 oil changes a year and always tinkering with them....we are the real enthusiasts
LOVE THE TIP, THANK U FOR YOUR VIDSđđđ
Thank you sir âïž
Hey man love the channel watch it every time u post. Been in to foxes since I was a kid and my cousin had one. I finally was able to get my own and started actually learning about them recently and doing work to one. So if it's ok I have to ask for help when I can. But after watching this video and u setting the idle. My tps is read 5volts never shows under that. No clue what it could b when I get a chance and if possible please let me know.
Hit the road Jack
Another awesome video!! Ending was the best! I had a lot of problems getting all the air out of my system, I am now using a dedicated radiator funnel that locks onto the radiator cap. Spent a couple bucks on it, but well worth it. It came with multiple size caps to fit different vehicles and a stopper Incase the system makes too much pressure and tries to overflow.
drill a tiny 1/16 hole in the thermostat rim so the air will burp out as you fill it. Some stats come with a purge hole from the factory.
Video on how to get my spark plug wires to look organized like yours?
I changed my radiator fluid awhile back on my fox and I didnât burp the system I drove the car for a bit and the level of fluid kept on dropping so I always added until it was full was that bad for the system? Right now the fluid is always full but can their still be air in the system?
As long as it didnât run hot, youâre good to go sir đđ
Be sure to check it again in a few weeks.. sometimes there will still be a air pocket or more of a cavitation that can be knocked free hitting a bump.. it's not very common but has happened to me twice.
HorsePlay Motoring I cant check it anytime soon car is in storage for winter:(
@@chopperjoe2131 sorry to hear that.. thankfully I live in Florida.. :-)
Enjoyed .....thanks
A hour early or and hour late it's all good . đ
Here lately thatâs what itâs been.. đ thanks đ
When you turned the engine on did you close the petcock or did leave it open to drain the water out? If you left it open, how long is it safe to run it like that? Thanks
Why no original ponyâs?
Hey brew2l ! When I try to burp my Fox , all the coolant wants to flow out the top (Funnel gets full and spills out )
What do you think and suggest ?
* Aluminum heads
*Bypassed all heater hoses and heater core
* e fan
And a Bcam with the 1.6 rockers
When I change my coolant I never do anything. The car burps itself. Just drive it then let it cool then fill and repeat till the coolant is topped off.
I have a question i just changed fan clutch fan radiator overflow reservoir radiator cap water pump and heater core hoses thermostat and my 92 gt still overheats any opinions or suggestions will highly appreciated.
i have the same tire set up with 5 lug. i dont have a spare what set up r
for a spare will work
I would pick up a spare out of a 94 up mustang. Maybe a pick and pull đ
well said
Why does it sound like that when you start the car?? Sounds like you need a started up grade
Keep doing your thing đđœđŻ
Did you use the entire container of anti freeze? And how much distilled water
Hey man, I got a question, I have a GT Foxbody that I got from my brother. The car needs some work, but there is a blue ford logo inside on the dash, should It be there?
Just wondering I have a pair of 10" wide 17" rims for the back of my 91 lx but the mickey thompson street comps in the size you said are on yours 275/40/17 said that they won't fit over a 9" wide rim was that the case for you and you made it work or are the nitto meant to fit larger width rims than the m/t's? If you know if not either way thanks.
To bad there always seems 2 be a negative person out there . He must not be paying ation to what you say or do . I know your a stand up guy that loves foxbody cars Cheers . Ow im jealous you have no snow and I have a crap load lol . Keep up the great vids
