@@rajugarugudeam6559 Even if government change things like ORR, International airport terminanl, Basic infrastructure in Amaravati, BPCL in Bandar, etc will remain. So firstly changing capital would be difficult and secondly even if capital is changed the erstwhile Amaravati capital city metro area will develop and attract investments due to these improvements.
If hyderabad offers real estate at prices the level of Amaravati then obviously people will buy in hyderabad. So its about price to value ratio. The prices are too high in hyderabad for what it offers and what future scope it has.

Many MNCs and GCCs are trying to cut costs in office spaces. I myself worked in a large bank GCC which tried to come to Hyd but stopped it's plans of expansion and instead went on remote way. Even service companies are trying to cut office spaces.
