This should be known in relation to the Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964. Section 62 of the Telangana Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 provides that if an award is obtained from an arbitrator. Can you tell me how much time should be filed before going to Telangana Co-operative Societies Tribunal to challenge the award? Can you reply me? UdayaChowdary FILM ART DIRECTOR HYD

As per Sec 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, one can challenge the award within limitation period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the award. Also, the time limit can extend by 30 days if applicant is able to show sufficient cause for delay.
