CZcams helped me soo much in starting my small business in Ghana which hasnt been bad and ill be documenting on my channel. I mean you see people do stuff that you would have thought were impossible and thats the power of these videos and getting to listen to such great minded people all over the world. To those entrepreneurs who are waiting for the right time to move to South Sudan or anywhere in Africa for that matter, make sure you don't wait so long that you lose the opportunity to benefit from the competitive advantage of a first mover!
    What is First Mover's Advantage?
When you are the first to come up with a product or service in a market, it enables you to establish brand recognition and customer loyalty before competitors join in. It also gives you time to fix the problems your product or service will inevitably encounter at the beginning and allows you to set the standard and market price for the new business.
