    I can't tell you how good it is to hear this, but how much it hurts. I exploded with anger at my husband today when he roused on me about closing doors to prevent our toddler accessing rooms we don't want.
    Here I was, cleaning toys, wiping food, taking care of her, listening to the Wiggles for the 100th time, exhausted, now overweight, and I still am critcised.
    I sent him to take her for swimming lessons. Now listening to this.
    I am such a shell of who I was, I don't even recognise myself anymore. I give and give and give to our daughters and feel like my husband is a live in (annoying) roommate.
    My Mom Rage is in my opinion the only entity looking out for me any more.

    Honestly my favorite way of coping is daydreaming a lot. I imagine that I live in a lifestyle where all of my problems don’t exist. All of my triggers go away. It’s my way of manifesting the life I dream of actually living. Whatever I desire to do I watch videos where others are doing it and imagine that I was there to enjoy those activities. Like going on a dreamy date, luxurious vacation, fancy upscale restaurants, girls night out, spas, concerts, movies, playing sports or any fun adventure. I manifest my dream life while cooking cleaning whatever tasks I’m doing. Visualization videos are helpful and playing video games to escape. I also hug my kids and take time to talk to them or do something nice for them.

    This video spoke to my soul. I watched it on a day when I was feeling really bad about myself for being so angry. You made me feel like my feelings are valid. You made me feel seen. Please continue posting. You’re words are so healing.
