I don’t care so much for the staff quarters but this is an ideal modern Filipino home. Ang dimensions tamang tama lang and from a consumer’s point of view with not much construction knowledge this is priced right plus it’s furnished.
Small home but there’s a buyer for this. Not expensive ang mga finishes pero pede na din. I would glass-enclose the corner room on the 1st floor, making it a multi-purpose room while letting some light in. The MB feels a bit more expansive thanks to the extended ceiling and addtl glass windows.
