Andy beating Mike in a racing game is the most 2020 thing yet. Another horse of the apocalypse.
Considering how often Mike's beaten Andy in Hitman, it's about time Andy was able to beat Mike at his own game.

So ... Sumo Digital was involved in a stealth game where Mike defeated Andy (Hitman 2), and now they are involved in a racing game where Andy defeated Mike. They are slowly creating a mirror universe for sure.

Well I for one enjoyed this four minute long video and how Andy beat Mike in the first race and nothing else happened afterward.
Edit: Upon further viewing, Andy went on to beat Mike easily a second time.

For @20:00 a little fun fact: there is a track in real life that features a castle, the Baku Street Circuit in Azerbaijan. Although it doesn't go through the castle, but gets right up close to the walls with a very tight chicane.

The god of driving returns
This game is awesome. I saw it was released yesterday, went to Game Pass and sure enough, there it was.
Playing (and getting frustrated by) Dirt Rally I might just need something like this to cleanse my racing palate. Graphics and gameplay look absolute fun and the cars look to give a lot of nods to real life legends.

The only racing game I ever played was "need for speed III: hot pursuit" which me and my sister played a lot (we never got any good tbh 😆). Anyway that tunnel beneath the sea reminded me so much of that and it made me happy

Why is it always so entertaining when these two play racing games???
I've been waiting for this game for such long time, so obviously I bought it last night with high expectations. However, after an hour or so I had placed first on all the tracks in normal difficulty, and have just been left feeling that Formula Retro Racing that came out a couple of months ago might just be superior, despite being a far less content-filled game, mainly due to the handling of the car and how it feels weighty like a proper Sega arcade racing game car does...
I love the classic vector graphics. Good looking game.
This brings me back to Virtua Racing on the 32X

Wow, this takes me back to playing Virtua Racing (and its GARGANTUAN CARTRIDGE because it had a unique effects chip) on my Sega Megadrive.

Once you understand this looks like Virtua Racing, but plays like Ridge Racer (it's a about drift), it's a great game. I think Mike was playing it too much like Daytona.

See, what happened there, is that Andy applied judicious amounts of _stealth_ there to get a few _sneak attacks_ on Mike. Racing hardly was a factor.
