This is so awesome! I have had mine for a month or so and couldn't be happier. It's so convenient, and well built! Mitch is a great guy and I cannot tell you how well he treated me when I had an issue that I created. A relly great product and an even better owner of a business. Thanks Mitch! You're the best! Bob
Hi, I have a question, is it possible to actived ( open en close ) the door with the infra red sensor ore a reed/magnet contact instead of the lightsensor ore timer
Hey there, for now the door can only be opened by timer, light sensor, remotes or test button. You can turn off the timer and light sensor to manually open/close with the remotes or test button.
That may be a little tight, our door is larger than most other doors though so it may be worth a shot. The width of the opening is 8.5" inches if that helps
Yes it will as long as your sensor isn’t triggered by something like a wall, if the light is illuminated but there’s not a bird in the way then you need to adjust the screw on the back as shown in the video
When will you have more doors??? Out of stock on your site. My husband found it on amazon 10/5/22 but I didn’t get on to order right away and then it was gone 😢😢😢
Ron, we just received your email. We'll get it squared away. Why be condescending with "what a joke"? 90% of the time customers have issues it's because of the setup not our door. i.e. the power in the chicken coop isn't stable so the door loses power and time resets, setting is setup incorrectly, etc.

Is the opening big enough for a turkey?

So when it goes up because something is in the sensor will it go back down on it own?
I couldn't get mine to so I was curious
