No she's very much dead I think. Two reasons, one her lungs are full of water, keeping her in a drowned state of death. Her healing factor would expell the water if she wasn't submerged. Then there's the adamantium that wolverine injected her with. It wasn't surgically installed in the same process they both underwent, he just injected her with it and the adamantium ran a course through her body that was not a surgically directed process. So who knows the kind of organ damage she received that would not allow her healing factor to heal. For example, her heart or lungs if incased in adamantium would not be able to operate properly, no heart pumping or lungs breathing means she's dead. So the only way for her to come back is to get the adamantium extracted from her body, because even though she's drowned the adamantium is the real problem. And seeing how it was coming out of her eyes, mouth and ears, I think she's screwed lol
Her body will continue to regenerate while she drowns and stays frozen like that forever. Just suffering forever. Her body regenerating over and over in constant pain.

For example if her lungs were coated with adamantium, that would mean her lungs can no longer open and close meaning no oxygen same thing with the heart. She's very much dead and probably would never come back unless they found a way to remove the adamantium.

Her body also took a substantial amount of adamantium in it, and the process was not surgically installed, it was just injected in her, so the hot adamantium circulated in her body and then hardned, she can't regenerate that tissue till it is removed. Seeing how it was coming out of her eyes, mouth, ears and nose, it's safe to say that the adamantium more than likely did sever damage to vital organs that are needed for her to live, and seeing how those organs can't regenerate due to the adamantium means she's stuck in a incapacitated state.

Why the hell does she have the same healing as wolverine and how is she that strong to throw him around like that? Always pisses me off because all she would have is adamantium and it gives her neither the healing nor the strength.
This is where fox needed a story line of lady deaths trike and wolverine probably wolverine has forgotten her and she wasn't shown in his past movies until x2 .And probably striker has erased her memory after the procedure
I cant stand the black leather outfits the X-men wore in this movie. Stupid idea from the start. Lets put all the heroes in black leather...Yeah, way to go Hollywood. How original. Lets make them look like a super duper black leather biker gang....DUMB. I saw youtube fan films with less money make Wolverine look more authentic. But NOOOOO Hollyweird bypasses the original look of the characters, go figure.

Arguably, one of the best movies in the X-Men franchise if not the best.

I‘m pretty sure that’s not the case. Even if she can survive under water she still has to eat/drink.
