That sounds like the 1981 version of Public Enemy #1 before they got signed to Elektra in 82. Elektra’s version of Live Wire was in stereo and more “enhanced”

Stick to your guns was only on the Leathur copies but on elektra it was a bonus track later in life when too fast for love was reissued
