I want to see if they can do it like this…the lighting from the ceiling might not le possible because of Copacabana being outdoors. Unless the build some type of structure
I'm surprised she chose to include this song on this tour. While the title probably is her way to give all the people who wanted her to go away the middle finger, the song itself was such a small blip on her career compared to so many other songs that she didn't perform in full or at all on this tour.
My theory is that from the rehearsed songs this performance was so good that it made it to the list. She probably rehearsed frozen, express yourself, music etc. but the best performances got to stay. Also fits perfectly for her health scare situation. The autotune on the song and the hand choreography also make it less demanding to sing every night. But yes the show was meant to tell her story through her songs and this song fits her story
She told you at the beginning of the show it was the story of her life. She almost died, but “it was not her time to go”. Then she goes into “don’t tell me to stop”. Every song, set piece, image, costume on stage serves a purpose.
What are you talking about, it was a big hit, especially in the UK when it was used as the James Bond theme song. It is so different to a lot of her other songs. So glad to see it returned. Loved this one forever ❤
@@Rogerthatx10 yeah, not really. It peaked at #3 on the UK charts, then dropped out of the top10 the following week. it's sold fewer than 200k units in the UK, but yes, it was a big dance hit in the US. But not a huge pop hit. So in terms of Madonna songs and stature, it's below midpack.
Incredible. Such a great journey you are taking us in with these releases 🥰
My favorite performance from this tour, you did a great job with it!

Eu amo essa música num nível hard, mas esse efeito na voz dela ficou estranho

I'm glad she included it (and sings it live!) - it balances the entire setlist and transition to cowboy/Don't Tell Me.
