Thanks for showing us this interesting angle of approach! I actually never even considered a Tan in this situation, but seeing you do it makes totally sense. Another way of using the structure of Tan, it's great! Good stuff investigating the use of the shapes.
You have a beautiful school there, love the carved Wing Chun Kuen sign on the wall above the dummies in the background. Also a HUGE smiling Yip Man on the other wall! I have searched for years for a huge smiling Yip Man in a somewhat alright resolution.. might I ask where you got this? I've tried to place an order from your webshop (you got some nice wall art there) for other stuff, but it says it won't ship to Sweden, unfortunately. Can this be tweaked somehow?
Anyway, thanks for doing what you do, contributing to the future of Wing Chun, love it! 🙏❤️🙏

@@mattiassnaar5022 thank you. Glad to be able to share. I had the Yip Man canvas printed and I’ll look into ways to get the store to ship international.

Ah, Thank you! I really appreciate it!
I'll try & place an order again in the near future to see if it works then.
      🙏👍 Thanks!

Why not just punch with the free hand wouldn't that be more efficient?great video by the way

You have to deal with the arm the lock is being applied to. If you ignore it and just punch with the other hand you get taken to the ground.

If you're good enough to even start a wrist lock on a wing chun practitioner ...
You were going to beat him anyway.
