Sky and Ocean Brown are professional skateboarders and surfers. Sky Brown is youngest skater ever to appear in the Vans US Open, and one of the most popular athletes on social media. At age 11, she is a pro skater and surfer. She is also the first ever winner of Dancing with the Stars: Junior. Sky has been featured on Ellen, Little Big Shots and numerous other talk shows and press outlets. When she's not busy winning competitions, Sky works with Skateistan, a nonprofit organization that empowers kids through education and skating.

the mega ramp is no small achievement , many grown men/ professionals cannot do this- big props to Sky Brown
Sky is an exceptional kid... One in a million truly. That gap is no joke.
That scares the living daylight out of any sane person, and I've only seen it on video.
Even the most famous skateborder of all time said he was afraid to do it "again" let alone Sky is doing it for the first time just a couple of months after an accident that nearly killed her. She even has a brace on the arm she broke because of the accident.

I'm not a skater, but I have to say that I LOVE how encouraging the whole skating community is! I've watched a bunch of different videos and every time I see someone trying something new everyone around them is so excited and encouraging.

She is 12...she just a did full line on a mega ramp...with steez and Tony Hawk egging her on...amazing...the future is hers to determine

All the videos are about how she splits her time between the US and Japan. It doesn’t seem fair she’s competing for Team GB, but I’m really glad she is :D

I think it's beautiful how Tony Hawk has a Skate Park in his yard & shares it with everyone. I'm assuming International Visitors are staying at his House.
The whole thing is beautiful. Tony Hawk does everything he can to help out other Skater's, but why not he would get just as much back, if not more.
This kid is something else - I thought I was pretty fearless when I was her age but Sky leaves me in the dust!! Absolutely phenomenal skating.

Little dude was emotional for her. You could tell he believed in her but there was that fear for her safety creeping in and it shook him.
You couldn’t ask for a better support structure for attempting a momentous feat like this. She smashed it, but her surroundings provided the absolutely crucial support she needed to take that leap.
I love sky and her ATTITUDE....SMILES all the time. Even when she is scared. Parents should be proud.
Sky is awesome, but I also have to give props to Tony. I grew up in the same era, though slightly younger than him. I’ve skated for companies like Venture, Stubbies and Fogtown. I quit skating in my 20’s but still have a few boards lying around. I jumped on one, rolled down my driveway and almost killed my self. LOL. The fact that he’s doing what he’s doing at 52 is amazing.
If you hit the gym a little first get ur flexibilty back you will be good to go

I remember standing at the top of the big roll in at my local skatepark in the UK when I was around 13. Absolutely terrified looking down, never had the balls or skill to do it. Huge respect

As much shit as we used to get back in the 90's and 2000's Being a skater and hanging around skaters taught me more life lessons than anything else. Sure, we come off as Punks or vandals or anarchists, but Everyone is so accepting and supportive it really is just a VERY misunderstood group. Probably 2 of the most important things I learned were, to never give up, and to just accept people for who they are.

ahh sky is incredible!! Already going to the olympics at age 12, (happy late bday sky :D), skating with TONY HAWK, and also BEING SO STRONG, BRAVE, INSPIRING, and HELPFUL! I’m doing basketball for my sport and I used to fall and cry right away. But now I learned that you just have to try and try again. And then when I have small little injuries, I think about the ones you have and the pain you must go through versus mine. Plus now, I really wanna go to the NBA, not the WNBA. I mean there’s so many mixed teams of boys and girls, but they separate them at the end, which just doesn’t make sense. Hopefully, one day I’ll get that far and THANK you for helping all of us and do what we love ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️
