I can't. I just can't. I know that pain, and that anemia. The night long diarrhoea and nausea. Dehydration. Crying out to God to let you just die, coz you know it will be long before the pain subsides. Then passing out and hitting your head on the concrete floor. Waking up disoriented several hours later. Those doctors. Excessive period pain at work. I once has to ask permission to buy Buscopan, but the office admin said I send the driver, a male. It then became the office gossip, not caring that I was in soo much pain I couldn't do nothing. I now work from home and dont have to leave the house while on my periods. I also had an extreme change of diet which people scoff and laugh at, but it does wonders for me, and for the 6 years, all's been well, and rarely do I get debilitating pains nor do I get anemic.

This is very sad,but God is surely faithful and His Grace is sufficient.I got the awareness through Elsie Wandera-Odhiambo the founder of Endometriosis of Kenya.

There is nothing dirty about it. No religious group is going to be pissed if you discuss this. Because if you don’t discuss it, many more women are going to find themselves unable to have children or find themselves close to dying because it’s led to something else. Thank you for creating awareness.

Speakers are usually coached for a month or two before. I guess because of constant repetition it almost sounds like a recitation. Anyway, we still get the message and that's what counts 🙂🙂
