I want to hear the story about why the last video was Without sound
I was super tired from staying up all night and working for several hours straight to edit and upload the first four episodes. I then uploaded the last two, but was too tired to do comments or release them properly, so I finally went to bed. At 3:30 am (our time) I had a bad feeling I messed up on the settings and woke up and immediately checked to see I had accidentally set the videos to go up at midnight (our time). So sorry for the mistake and for scaring people into thinking their phones and headphones were dead! This was a hard lesson, but a good one so we do not make this mistake again. Thank you everyone for your love and support❤️❤️❤️

The father and his son are shown to have faces. Father is the one who was raised up as a royalty whereas his son was brought by a different family( one shown at the begining of the movie)

You totally misunderstood. The 1st guy who fought in the snow is Mahendra Bahubali. He grown up in forests. The old guy now he is telling the story of his father.

The one who grew up in royal family is the father to the one who grew up in the other family and in the beginning the lady who saved a child ( son of bahubali)was his grandmother.
The prince's challenges are actually a representation of their fates. Bahubali's challenge is to repel arrows. The arrows represent evil and he represents good. Bhalladeva's challenge is to destroy a rock in where he represents evil and the rock represents good. I liked that little detail a lot.

Vikramadevudu(The king who died 50years ago) [we see the portrait of Actor Prabhas] , his son is Amarendea Baahubali. [ Actor Prabhas]
Amarendea baahubali son is shivudu(also known as Mahendra baahubali)[ son who also got the similar features of his dad/grandad played by same person again, Actor Prabhas]
Vikramadevudu brother is bijjaladeva( the one who has bad hand)
Bijaaladeva wife is shivagami
Their son is bhallaladeva
So when both vikramadevudu died and his wife(we were not shown the queen) also dies when she gives birth to Amarendra baahubali.
Shivagami adopts Amarendra baahubali
Second half of part1 of this movie discusses about how bhallaladeva and Amarendra baahubali were fighting for throne of already dead vikramadevudu
All this story is being narrated to Mahendra Baahubali by Katappa.

Shiva in first is the son of this Bahubali( Amrendra Bahubali) and yes in bollywood movis it is seen often that Father and son looks alike so is Shiva( aka mahendra Bahubali ) is like his father Amrendra Bahubali.
Secondly Amrendre Bahubali was the son of founder king of Mahismati and he died and queen died in labour. Lady Shivgami is the the wife of kings elder brother one with the weird hand who wants to be king but hated his younger brother and now his son Bahubali.

50 years ago, The kingdom of Mahishmathi was ruled by younger brother King Vikramadeva(Mahendra Bahubali's Grandfather), instead of the elder brother Bijjaladeva(the one with the handicapped hand) because of his evil ways.
So the elder evil brother was always jealous of his younger brother.
It so happens that the younger brother, King Vikramadeva dies leaving behind his 6months pregnant Queen wife.
Meanwhile, The kingdom has no ruler for 3 months. 3 months later the Queen dies giving birth to Amerendra Bahubali.
The dead king and queen's son Amerendra Bahubali is taken to the wife of the evil elder brother, Shivagami. Shivagami is good and righteous. She already has a son ( Bhallaladeva) with the Bijjaladeva.
She becomes Queen as long as the two kids grow up and the worthy can win the throne. She is better suited for the throne than her evil husband.
Her evil husband is happy that his wife is the quuen as that would mean his son with her (Bhallaladeva) finally has a chance at the throne, over his younger brother's child.
Though Shivagami is Amerendra Bahubali's aunt, she brings both the kids like her own.
In the future, Amerendra Bahubali's son is Mahendra Bahubali( who was saved by Queen Shivagami(Actually his aunt but like a mother to him) by sacrificing her life.

The kingdom of mahismati has patriarchal rule, son of king becomes king....
So the grandfather king had 2 sons, of whom younger one became the king, (Bahubali's/shiva's grandpa) ... It should have been elder guy( bhallaldev's father, disabled guy), but because of his rude behaviour, he wasn't made king, due to which he was bitter....
Anyways, shiva's grandpa died, and his wife also died giving birth to shiva's dad (original bahubali).....
So shivgami devi, i.e wife of bijjaldev(disabled guy) took role as regent of mahismati until her son(bhallaldev-bad guy) or bahubali (shiva's father) is able....
