Omg it was the worst! Only good thing is it allowed us to run the light wiring up through the metal beams. If it weren't for Shane wanting to do that I don't think we would have bothered 😂 Definitely a lot more room though!

Hi Ryan, so sorry for the late reply, we have had some notification issues. The bus is complete and we have been living in it since December. We have a few pictures and a video on our Roaming on Rubber instagram page if you want to have a look.
Hopefully we will get some time soon to finish the rest of the build series for CZcams.

Thanks for the very informative videos. Regarding water tanks or your old coaster, do you have any idea who made them? The supplier you stated no longer stocks them, I saw on your instillation video the manufacturer had a stamp on the plastic. Could not read it.

Hi Mick, I believe the logo is for dynaplas and they look like the 60l tanks here dynaplas.com.au/tank.html. Although customcoasterconversions advertised theirs as 70L, so I'm not sure if these are slightly smaller or they give different measurements. Hope that helps.

Hi Jason, we are okay, just fallen way behind in getting our videos up.
We have been living in our Vario since December but due to some unforeseen circumstances we haven't made it very far at all haha! Hopefully we will be off and can start catching up with all the videos in the next month or two 😊

What do you two do for work to budget the builds & travels?
I work in IT from the road, so work throughout the week, then travel/build on the weekends. Claire does resin art, but that only really picks up at certain times. She also studies and works on a few online businesses we are trying to get going.

Hi Prasanga, this is a 1999 Mercedes Vario (A.B Denning body). Our Toyota Coaster (our old bus) was a 2001 model
