Hello John. I did that with a Briggs engine but l had to shim the blade boss. It worked. When I tried to do it with a Honda there was no crank bolt hole lol. Good luck with the project my friend 🔧👍

Steel bolts seized in the aluminum from being left outside. Been down that road too many times, and it's usually not worth the time and effort trying to fix it. Glad you had another Intek to replace it.

25:24 tapping and drilling out stuff I hate doing. Rarely do I get it right. I have a craftsman tap and die set that was in my second tool box I inherited from my grandfather. I have yet to use it. It must be from the 1980s
Wish I didn't try to tap and drill this at the end it didn't work and all and more headaches unfortunately 😕

It does need life support for sure, it's gonna be some work on this one
