Also, make sure you squeeze the HiFloat around in the balloon really well making sure all sides of the balloon are equally covered without letting get into the neck of the balloon.

When did they ever suggest it doesn’t float because of helium? All they said was while using hi float, if you don’t put enough helium in the balloon (aka under inflate it), it won’t float totally straight up and will lean, as shown in the video example.

My balloons don't go up they went to the floor and the ones with no hi float are on the ceiling.

Well, helium makes balloons float because it is lighter than air... Air is not lighter than air... I think you can guess the answer from there.
You can use the hi float if you need glitter to stick to your crystal clear balloons or confetti as well
