Hi Jean, we lost our 24" Dimplex Revillusion fireplace screws for the front glass (during a renovation). I called Dimplex and they gave me these specifications to buy screws from my hardware store (they do not have replacements in stock). I can not make hide nor hair of their list. Do you have any thoughts on what these screws are? You are so knowledgeable! Here is the list Dimplex sent me...
A: CROSS, SER WSHR PAN HD, BLACK,
B: 3.5MM x 8.5MM COUNTERSINK SCREW
C: SCREW, 3.5 MM [#6] X 8 MM [5/16"]

Hi. I asked my installation manager to translate this into 'English'. He says they are giving you 2 measurements, for metric and Imperial. In metric, it's 3.5 mm x 8 mm.
