Some people were Muslim all their life and don’t pray. Understand that it is a gift to have the opportunity to live each day and worship Allah swt. Ask Him for guidance and make the decision to get closer to Him. It’s not easy but it’s very rewarding and there’s so many resources on CZcams alone that can help you get there.
Go to the Mosque and mimic their movement you'll learn in no time insha Allah that's how I learned as a kid Super fast
Selam aleykum brother, you can not because you have no time or do you not understand it? if it is the second, search the video how to pray Assim Al hakeem and every time you pray led it play with you praying. Slowly slowly you will learn. I hope that helps. May Allah guide you brother.

وَإِذْ قَالَ اللَّهُ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ أَأَنْتَ قُلْتَ لِلنَّاسِ اتَّخِذُونِي وَأُمِّيَ إِلَٰهَيْنِ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ سُبْحَانَكَ مَا يَكُونُ لِي أَنْ أَقُولَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِحَقٍّ ۚ إِنْ كُنْتُ قُلْتُهُ فَقَدْ عَلِمْتَهُ ۚ تَعْلَمُ مَا فِي نَفْسِي وَلَا أَعْلَمُ مَا فِي نَفْسِكَ ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ
And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah'?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.

Here are some ways to earn good deeds after death insha’Allah:
1) Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Each time one reads from it you gain.
2) Donate a wheelchair to a hospital.
3) Participate in building a masjid.
4) Place a watercooler in a public space.
5) Plant a tree, that’ll possibly shade people and animals and you’ll gain rewards.
(6) building a house for travellers.
(7) knowledge which is taught and benefited.
(8) And the easiest of all, share this message to spread the goodness.

I live in a mostly chinese, korean neigborhood about 85% of the city im from is chinese and korean and the people ive met here, some claim to be christians some say they are athiests, i try to give them as much dawah as possible but they all say they dont have time to read the Quran or the bible but they have time to do things that have no benifit to them in the hereafter,
ive shown and given them many signs that they cant/couldnt dispute but they still wont look into the Quran, so ive seen many many cases of Allah Guides whom he wills.ive also noticed that most of these people if not all have bad habits that stops them from reading the Quran, So in a way its like Allah swt forgets them because of these bad habits, wether its drugs,porn,media etc.
