Chase won in 2020 when he wasnt great, lost in 2022... Logano won in 2022 when he wasn't great, lost in 2015... Byron lost last year and Blaney won... so I'm waiting on blaney to have a great year and lose the title...

I wonder if Delana told Kevin to hook a right at Talladega in October 2015 to "fix it". Because he certainly did fix it and exposed just how gimmicky the current playoff system is when a guy going pace lap speed can dictate the championship outcome and not even get penalized for it. I'm super curious, I've heard several times now that "Chase has been distracted outside the race car for quite a while." It seems like he's not been too hot since this new car came out. Other than his leg injury last season and what appears to be a car he's slow to adapt to, what "other distractions" has he been dealing with?

Chase isn't the kind of guy who is spending time outside the race car worrying about things that distract him outside of the race car. Combine that fact with the fact that there was a new car that he needed to get used to ....there is your answer (for all the clowns who think he shouldn't have been snowboarding when he was injured ... I get it. At the same time ...Chase still isn't the guy screwing around alot out side the car.

You aware that Chase ran late models at age 14, then ARCA, then Truck Series, then Xfinity before Cup? If it was handed to him he would not have had to go through all that.
