[The exclude tags section] so i saw in the video you were choosing only several tags that you want to exclude, but isnt that means the rest of the excluded tags [that you didn't choose] will get into the review? I tend to create decks as I read the material and realize there's one overarching theme in several different parts, but I realize this after I've already created some cards. Is there a way that, say I can pull up all the cards I want in browse at once, is there a way I can apply a tag to a mass number of cards at once instead of adding it to each individual card? Thanks.

8:44 to be able to drag and drop you must active select icon in the top, next to the search icon, so you can drag and drop tags .

Why doing tags if we can do multiple subdecks?
True but you can have multiple tags per card. With decks you are limited to one deck for every card. Also you can use custom study with tags.

You click them all via control+shift and click the first card and the last card, and you right click on them and Add Tags
