I've had a shared death experience. I actually never realised until watching this video.
When I was younger my long time friend from high school got hit by a car and had to be put in an induced coma. He had been in the coma for a few days and we were all hoping for the best but did not know what to expect. One night I was having a dream about my college. I was walking down the halls and my friend in the coma, Jacob, literally popped into my dream. It was so sudden that dream me recoiled and said, "Jacob you're not supposed to be here. You weren't apart of this dream." He looked so sad and said, "When you wake up you are going to hear some bad news and I just want to tell you to not be sad." He then gave me a hug and said goodbye to me. The hug was long and drawn out. When we let go of each other he vanished as sudden as he had popped into the dream.
The next morning I found out he passed away during the night.

My deepest condolences! Losing a love one is never easy sand no one can replace them.đŸ„Č
I can't emphasize enough how important each of us are. We matter more than we could ever imagine to our Maker and to our loved ones. God has made a way called the Plan of Salvation. God has promised everlasting life without sickness, pain, suffering or death. All we have to do is to believe and trust His word in the bible that Jesus paid the death penalty for our sins and rose again.
      Steps to to be saved
      1. Confess our sins to God (be totally honest)
      2. Accept and tell God that you believe Jesus died in your place.
      3. Commit your life to follow God: tell God that you are following Him and His commandments from this moment and to save and seal your decision and He will accept you. (Be baptized)
      4. Maintain your relationship with God by praying (talk to God about everything like a friend) reading the bible, sharing God's love with others. Avoiding places and situations that will tempt you to sin against God. Attend a bible believing church, focused on Jesus's love, commandments and second coming.
A prayer: Our heavenly Father, thank You for loving me so much. I confess that I have strayed from You and have sinned. Please forgive me. I accept Jesus as Saviour and Lord. I will follow You from this day forward. Strengthen me, show me the way and save my soul. In Jesus precious name, amen.
Would you like to have eternal life, joy, peace, health and everlasting happiness?

I worked 30+ years as a paramedic, retired now. Early in my career I had a patient having chest pain. Suddenly he went into cardiac arrest and lost consciousness. It took me a couple of minutes to get his heart restarted. When we got to the hospital he started waking up. When I asked him what he remembered he described the exact medical procedures I was performing on him while his heart was stopped. He said he was standing behind me. This was the only time this happened in my career and I think about it every day. Interesting to see how many other people have experienced similar events. 😊

Back in 98. I was 6 years old. I was sitting in school going about my day as usual. Out of nowhere around 1pm, I had this intense feeling of sadness and heartache. I shrugged it off and carried on. Later that day I finished school and walked home. When I got home I found out my grandfather had died only a few hour prior. This isn't a coincidence, and I had a dream about her just looking me in the eyes in the chair she always sat at the day after she passed and never dreamt about her since. I really do think there is an afterlife, I truly do.

Yet there is some kind of chance that I can shape my death experience throughout my life experience. I've had an near death experience quite close to this. At the age of 19 I had an accidental overdose occur while getting treatment. Flat lined for just under 3 minutes according to my doctor. To me, it was just like a dream. Walked out of a forest into a beautiful meadow where my dog, that had passed a few years earlier, was her young self again and so happy to see me. Played for a bit before she walked further into the meadow, sat down, and looked back at me. At that moment, I felt the purest feeling of both happiness and calmness, and knew everything would be alright. Over a decade later, this moment is still so incredibly precious to me.
I don't know what happens after, but I do know that I no longer fear death, and that in the end everything will be okay.

I had a similar experience last year. Growing up I was always super close to my Nana. My father wasn't around and my mom was a busy single teen mom so I spent a lot of time and nights being cared for by my Nana. Well last year I was out at a bar with friends and had a bad gut feeling that my Nana was going to pass and I should call her. It was the middle of the night so I blamed it on the drinks and planned to call her in the morning. While I slept I had a dream she passed and I woke up freaked out. A few minutes later I got a call from my aunt saying my Nana was in the hospital and it didn't look good. A few hours later she passed. It still freaks me out to this day.

The guy who was my best and closest friend, basically my brother just passed away Monday night/Tuesday morning, the last person to see him was his grandmother around 10pm.
At about 945pm, even after not having spoken with each other for 2 years after a falling out, I had the strangest and strongest urge to reach out to him, text him, call him, go drive and visit him that late at night, and I didn't act on any of those.
The next day at work. His ex girlfriend who hated me called me and said that he had passed away that night unexpected at 26 years old.
We were basically brothers and had one of the most deep rooted relationships I've ever seen. It's just odd to me that hours before he passed, even after not speaking for so long, that I felt the need to reach out, and I will always regret not acting on those feelings.
Maybe if I drove out there that night, I could have saved him

When they made it back to the wait room he told her to be quiet not to wake my step mother on the chair (who was not there when she'd fell asleep) she saw the time being minutes before visitation. She will receive it and love you for it. I'm sure she misses you and loves you (even though this is one year later). Sometimes in life we share short-lived but strong bonds with people that help us grow as a person in various ways. I'm sure if you think back, you will have a better understanding of how she helped you grow as a person.

Later, she told my dad what she saw. My dad instantly grabbed a photo album and showed my mom what she described. My grandfather loved grandma so much and always longed for her after her passing. He never really was happy after her passing. He is buried right next to my grandma. And him telling us that grandma came to talk to him tells me for sure that they are together now forever. I hope they are eternally happy together. Also my ex girlfriends mother passed away and before her passing she was in a coma state. Surprisingly one day she was able to talk and laugh for a whole day and she went back into coma state the next day. Her condition was getting worse at an exponential rate after waking up from the coma. We were in Canada at the time and her sisters were coming from korea to visit her. On the day that they arrived, they got off the plane and immediately rushed to the hospital. That night she passed away. I believe she was holding on to something to see her sisters for one last time. My grandpa was out fishing with me and one of his friends. While returning to the car, he suddenly dropped to his knees, tears streaming down his face, and said "She's gone". I was 5 years old at the time.
When we got home, we found out that my aunt, his youngest daughter, had been in a very very bad car accident and had died.
Craziest part was that we were in northern Kansas, and she was in Dallas Texas.
It freaked me out then, and still gives me goosebumps to this day when I think about it.
Edit: apparently I need to make clear that this happened in 1985. My grandparents couldn't afford a cellphone even if they WERE common back then. They were expensive and huge and 98% of regular people didn't have one. Even car phones were rare back then. So for all of you thinking he got a text or a call while out fishing at a stream, not possible.

For all you know someone on your sub grid was probably powering up a ark welder or playing with Microwave oven transformers.

As a retired paramedic and emergency room nurse, I have seen more deaths than I can count, but the most poignant one was a conversation I had with my mom a day before she died from cancer. She asked me when we got the window in the ceiling. She kept talking about the garden she could see through that window, describing flowers with colors she couldn't describe and music that was familiar but different. It was at that exact moment that I knew without a doubt that there was something next, something better.

I've been around many people as they die. In my experience, in the days leading up to death, a lot of people will see and have full conversations with people. People that we can't see or hear. I've seen it enough that I have no doubt those people are actually there. I'm fully convinced that there is an entire world going on around us that we have no idea is there. Like a different dimension. And when you are in the actively dying phase that veil starts to lift and you are able to interact with both dimension at the same time.

And the date April 1st kept replaying in my head and I just knew that she came to me to tell me she loved me. I sat at her bedside the day before, on March 31st, and cried while rubbing my fingers through her hair, telling her I was so sorry for not coming to see her more often like I promised. That night, she came to me and just held my hand and smiled at me. I knew it was going to happen when I woke up that morning. Miss her everyday.!!! I love you, Nanny ❀

I felt that I needed to talk to my father, knowing he was taken off life support. My dad didn’t answer, I tried calling the hospital and my cell phone died. I fumbled for my charger and got my phone to power up. I tried calling my mother twice and she didn’t answer. I called the hospital and they transferred me to the ICU floor. They requested I hold for the doctor. The doctor got on the phone and asked if I was his daughter trying to get a plane from Florida. I said yes. He told me he hasn’t been able to contact my mother. I told him I had the same trouble so I was calling to check on my dad. The doctor then told me my father just passed away at 1:53pm. I was trying to call him at 1:52pm. I don’t know how to explain it, but I felt him leaving this earth and was 1100 miles away. I felt that my body dropped to the floor, I physically went to my knees and was crying, shrieking. I had known at that moment.

I was in a coma and life support for 8 weeks. I remember seeing my nan who has passed. Plus my dog who was alive at that time standing at my bedside and I was just watching myself lay on the bed. Next thing I remember a white corridor, and I was following my nan, and she kept telling me to go back, that it wasn't my time and I will get better and learn to walk again. I never felt so much peace and love ever. When I woke up 8 weeks later. I found out I died, they couldn't find the bleed I had a chemotherapy drug, that saved me.
I am now well enough, I learnt to walk and feed myself again. I still have treatment, but I've never felt so thankful to be alive, and I'm living everyday, happy and full of laughs and love to everyone I meet.

I’m not sure what this means, but a few years back I lived in a one bedroom apartment. During that time I was also going through a lot of grief. One night I had the most vivid dream. In my dream, I woke up and got out of my bed. The whole house was dark with only the outside lamps shinning threw. I walked up to my door, opened it then creeped towards my living room. Entering into my living room, I had a desk and a chair on the far left. There was a large shadowy figure sitting there. I didn’t feel scared at all looking at them. I actually got a familiar feeling and hugged them. We had a long conversation that seemed very important, but all I can remember is them telling me I have to go back. I said I know and started crying on their shoulder hugging them goodbye. I slowly walked back to my bedroom door. I hesitated and just felt complete dread and uneasy ness. I opened the door any way and went back to bed to only wake up for real in the morning.
Idk who that was. At the time I was really into lucid dreaming. Ever since this dream, I stopped.

A couple years ago this happened to me, it was my cousins husband that died. I had a dream I was walking down a dark tunnel with a bright light at the end and a silhouette of someone but I couldn't tell who. I heard a voice that told me "he's dead" and when I walked closer I could see who it was.
He actually died 3 days after that, but my mom told me the next day that the night before he was slipping in and out of consciousness and asked the nurse to call his family, he recovered from that episode, but only temporarily. He wasn't a blood relative of mine, and I only saw him once a year or so, because he lives out of state, so it was strange since I'm not usually talking to him on a day to day basis, and when I had the dream I didn't even know he was sick. He had only been hospitalized for 4 or 5 days

My friend was away from the hospital at the time, and the doctor called her to ask her to come if she could, and to be prepared... her dad died that night.. it really is hard to explain but it seemed clear that the doctors had so many similar experiences before, so they knew right away to call my friend to head over to the hospital..

Public figures usually dont want to be seen in the final days before dead and most people are not there when it happens. It might happen shortly after you go away, etc. And nobody wants to discuss or film those final moments. Everybody sounds weirded out about this and thats what makes dead just so mysterious and leaves many unprepared or with unanswered questions on this topic. And many just feel like the person was there and suddenly wasnt. Because they werent part of the process.

I suggest studying human consciousness and its close correlated relationship with quantum physics. It is something that theoretical scientists are actually looking into and their discoveries even in the early stages are making them have to rethink how we define "death"...especially when it looks like consciousness is independent of the body and mind and can exist for some time in a state of awareness when both mind and body are clinically dead. It would explain why people have near death experiences that are themed around their own cultural practices and religious beliefs....their consciousness is interacting with someone/s, but how their consciousness is interpreting and then relaying what they are seeing might be completely tweaked to make more sense for their consciousness to process.
As an agnostic and a near death experiencer myself, I can tell you straight up...the experience is not like a psychedelic trip of any kind, it's not like the hallucinations you get when you pass out from lack of oxygen or your blood pressure drops out....these are all things I have experienced as well and they in no way compare to an NDE. An NDE is hyper realistic...it is an experience that makes "reality" feel like it has an unreal quality to it in comparison. With all other experiences...the memory of the experience fades just like the memory of an experience in reality fades over time...but the NDE stays fresh in the mind as if it just happened. The memory of what you saw and heard is as vivid and you remember everything...perfectly. Nothing is faded...nothing is forgotten. And the love you feel is a love that is beyond your own experience to manifest...it is unlike anything you have ever known in this world or ever will.
I don't think any particular deity man has devised even comes close to encompassing that embodiment of unconditional selfless love...it's more of an energy...a frequency...not some deity...but a force that through us experiences consciousness and we in turn have consciousness because this force exists...and at the same time, it is all of us. Anyway... sounds like a whole bunch of crazy talk, but when you look at the research being done in regards to human consciousness and quantum physics...it begins to make all the sense in the world.
