every once in a while, someone will throw something super deep and philosophical into a kids movie and it makes me wonder who it's supposed to be for
Tell me about it. This line has stuck with me for years since this movie's release.
this was the golden age of kids movies that had little jokes and easter eggs for the adults watching. Now nobody wants to add this stuff in for fear the parents will want to speak to their managers because they "tainted their babies mind!!!" God i miss stuff like this, i was the kid and now being in my 20's these little things bring me back for a rewatch.

@@stolasthegreatprince4166 she hulk is a TV show with a TV show budget. Black panther is from 2018 and wasn't anticipated to do well. The budget their given effects the visual effects

@@pavloszimbrakos4410 flip phones were trendy but didn’t become the norm until mid to late 2000s I’d say (and then got replaced by smartphones). This movie came out in 2002. Look up what cell phones were popular in that year. Most of them looked like that. (And having a blackberry wasn’t super common at the time unless you were rich and/or used it for work). A kid like Carmen would *absolutely* have a cell phone that looked like that, and it would be her most prized possession because getting one was a big deal.

The scientist dude literally said it was an illusion made with "Science" that they "Fall" for 4 hours straight. Basically they were hovering, I think
