I built a Widebody Supra in Forza Horizon 5

- New drift build in Forza Horizon 5 for street drifting. Default car tune, upgraded the engine and used Drift differential, suspension and tires. Doing city drifting and the volcano drift section. Also did some drifting with a Toyota Supra and Nissan R32 as well. Also my steering wheel settings are all default, using 900 degrees rotation. My sim racing setup is all Thrustmaster with the T300RS steering wheel.

The Fps drop from 60 to 30 is from the adaptive V sync/ G sync if you have that enabled
turn v sync off and should be smooth as butter

Game needs a restart every hour or so. As you travel around the map I find things start to slow down. Hopefully a patch soon.
Hm, I could play for 3,5 hours straight and my fps were stable, even on my old boxy pc
forza 3 and 4 was ok, this is too crazy, they will make us to buy new graphic card,, i have super pc but game delay as hell, hard to drift for me to,, i turn off internet it helps so much but again graphic in game is too wrong with texture.
other games i can open many games in same time without problem but this one is a bit bad until they will make some updates, in forza 4 too is problem with delay from internet, no matter how fast internet is there just when u turn on internet the control on wheel is not fast anymore.
i dont like some new settings too, i will bee so much happy if some one will make games like this, i mean other one not them, they did not fix rotate wheel on 900 still only 45
they did not fix engine,, and gears, when u leave clutch car have to start move like other games do like euro truck and some other.
@@ToniLixSim I don't get your point, my pc is from 2018, mid spec, GTX 1050 TI graphics card, smooth 60 fps. Maybe upgrade the hard drive?
@@meehdrescher it was first day very bad textures, not that is fixed maybe after restart, but not is problem with delay, with their server, short delay make very hard to drift, if i turn off internet everything works good.
but the way how they programed the game is not so good, it was much better to kep upgrate FH4 just add things there same FH3 was good too,,

I also have graphics issues idk why but I have everything on max settings and yesterday it was very good also stable fps but when I started up the game today it looked horrible, the graphics textures weren't loaded in till I ride to that point where the graphics were terrible, idk what Forza did but yeah😑
these are no graphic issues. this is coused by all the player who play at te same time. it was like 4 million at the same time
@@thijsnijdeken4906 Not at all Thijs. These things happen in Horizon Solo as well. As for @Bayram, you want to set the textures to extreme. For the FPS drops you need to fiddle with your FPS cap, V-sync and display modes. The effect that occurs in Goosiest video, where the game seems to slow down, tho be it smoothly, I believe is called frame pacing. Some people recommend using RivaTuner for a workaround, I've not tried this myself. I'm on a 144hz monitor and what worked for me is setting the in-game FPS cap to half the refresh rate (72), v-sync off and full screen mode. Turning G-sync off may also help.
Just google and you will find some things to try. It's definitely the game though, not your systems.

i think that one of the reasons that your computer is strugerling is cooling
if you left forza open and your computer got hot it probably has not recovered and you might need to make the fan curve more aggressive. that is what I had to do with my computer
