You guys were cooking. And then you chose Tokimitsu. We haven't seen the match up of barou vs toki since 2nd selection and players have gotten upgrades since then. I'd argue Kunigami has the best physicality at this point in the story. He was able to compete with the starting 11 from his intro and we've seen that he's kept up his training. If he wasn't so stubborn he'd be a good player.
Tokimitsu has been deemed one of the most physically dominant players. Plus he has been playing well with PXG. He started in 3 matches and he will probably show dominant moments in this match against Munchen as well. Kunigami was considered as well as Raichi. But since Tokimitsu whole value is his physical traits, we decided to just go with him.
Considering the statements that Kunigami's stats are reaching Noah's level at a young age, and how Tokimitsu got outmuscled by a World 5 Adam Blake, I think Kunigami should have better physique. While I don't think Noel Noa has better physique than Adam Blake since it's not his specialty, he should still be relative to him as a world class player, so Kunigami being close to achieving Noa's stats is probably a better feat than anything Tokimitsu has shown so far.

You guys should do another version of this perfect player in the NEL, but you can’t use any of the New Gen 11 or Top 7 highest Bid players (and hasn’t been used on this list) . It would be super cool to see a player that uses generally underrated or mediocre players to create a top of the verse. Also you should include on that list IQ, Weapon, and any other trait or skill (I.e a “Wildcard”).
We were trying to base the player selection guidelines to the classic fifa attributes. Since we did this in mind the IQ factor wasn’t really touched. If we do another video like this then we could potentially add other factors and attributes like IQ.
I think Zantetsu even with limited showings in NEL would be a better pick than Chigiri. Even fast players irl like Mbappe don't reach top speeds compared to sprinters, however acceleration is a lot better. Even Usain Bolt tried football but it didn't work out for him. Going back to Blue Lock however, Chigiri's higher top speed compared to Zantetsu only really matters against Zantetsu himself. If Zantetsu went to Manshine instead of Chigiri and developed a similar formula to 44 Panther Snipe (which he already kinda has a goal zone by 1st selection), he'd be doing very similar to Chigiri. Both Chigiri and Zantetsu are already faster than 99% of the other players and that's what makes their speed as a weapon strong, the difference in top speed doesn't really matter against those other players. Basically Chigiri can kinda counter Zantetsu but Zantetsu's agility is more useful against the other players compared to Chigiri's slightly higher speed. In addition, since Bachira's new dribbling style involves reacting to opponents, agility compliments that better than speed. Frankly, Chigiri's top speed was kind of his way to get away with not having dribbling, but if you already have Bachira's dribbling then the utility of the top speed even diminishes further.
