I know it's small but I love the fact that in the mod for the sirens the advancement is called "tie me to the mast" referencing the odyssey where one of the sailors is tied to the mast during the sirens call and all of the others have earplugs in their ears.
I love how he didn’t even know they were sirens and what they do😭

I'd love to see you check out the Druidcraft mod sometime. It adds in bedrolls, which allow you to sleep without resetting your spawn point, and fiery glass, which lets you make slightly brighter torches.
There are also the comforts mod or the upgrade aquatic mod, which both add bedrolls
Dude, Fire and Ice makes the world a little more difficult to live in, but when you start getting good loot and understanding the mobs, it’s super fun to play with!
I like how almost all of this video is just him trying to get his stuff back lol

pro tip: when you are fighting against sea serpent use bow so the sea serpent can't hurt you if you're far enough

A Neet little detail that I am sure many people didn’t notice.

As someone who was read the Odyssey I know that the singing mermaids are called "Sirens" and they lure you in with pretty songs and eat you. The advancement was called tie me to the mast because Odysseus, knowing of those dangers, told his crew members to tie him to the mast so he could listen to their song.

The fire and ice dragons mod is actually really fun. Although dragons are hard to kill, you can get pet dragons, that at a certain stage you can fly and on your command they can shoot fire or ice depending on what type of dragon it is.
No one is talking about that the paraglide mod is straight from the legend of Zelda breath of the wild. Man I’m up for that mod!

Joel, those aren't mermaids, they're greek sirens. Sirens are dangerous creatures that in greek fables would sit on rocks and sing for sailors who would fall in love with them and get led to a rock which would lead to them crashing and thier demise.🤣😂
