- This is goodbye for now! We can't believe just how much hay one horse will eat in just a month! Certainly we are grateful for the free food that grows in the pasture. Freya our Rocky Mountain Horse is heading off to the trainer. There are a lot of emotions into her leaving us for a time but mostly good ones! We are excited to see what she will do.

She looks good! Patience is key on that trailer stuff. Stepping into that scary dark cave is a big deal. ♥️ Can’t wait to see her progress!!
What a good girl. Load her one a week or so for a snack and no driving and she will get more confidence.... Do take care with the open back above the doors, horses can easily jump over that and if you were already moving full speed... you can buy a quick release tie to keep her pointed the right way.
