Thanks for sharing. My nephew moved to France with his mom when he was little. He got his medical degree at the École de Médecine Montpellier-Nimes, we were there to celebrate when he got his diploma. Montpellier is beautiful. J’adore!
Montpellieran here, nice video, I'd add 2 things, in addition to Saint-Guilhem which is an excellent choice, there are plenty of very nice places all around in the countryside, Cévennes and surrounding area. Second thing is do not attempt to drive through the center. If you do, use Waze, other navigation systems just can't keep up with the lunacy that is the Town Hall's roadworks service.

Ses rue piétonnes, sa place de la Comédie ainsi que tous ces environs, St Guillem le Desert ( un joli endroit à visiter ) ainsi que ses bords de mer, pas si loin ( Palavas, La grande Motte )

Bonjour! Thank you for an excellent video! Montpellier looks perfect for us. We are looking for a moderate summer climate area, with a plaza lifestyle, and near good healthcare (my wife has MS and is a cancer survivor). We walk, and ride, so public transportation is required. I am a retired American educator. We helped a new school open in Lviv, then spent 6 weeks in Krakow; we're in Tallinn for a month before heading back to Oregon. My wife and I hope to visit France after the Olympics. We plan to sell our Portland condo and then move to France. We will rent so we can travel throughout Europe, and perhaps help Ukraine rebuild after the war ends. There are several significant advantages to living in France: climate, healthcare, culture, and infrastructure. Merci! Thanks again! Dean and Cindy.
