TKE Older Traditional Hydraulic Elevator at Mellwood Arts Center - Louisville, KY

Dedicated to Life's Ups and Downs, Bluegrass Elevators and escandelev.
A decent looking elevator at the Mellwood Arts Center. The top 2 floors are locked, but they can be accessed by the stairs in this building. There is a freight elevator in the building but I didn't check that out. I'm not sure if that's a public elevator or not.
