TODAY'S RECIPE IS Semolina Caramel Dessert | Iftar Special Suji Caramel Pudding Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Semolina 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 2 cup
Keep stirring
Let it boil
Cardamom powder
Cook until thick consistency
7 inch mold
Keep aside
Sugar 1/4 cup
Caramelized the sugar
Corn flour 1 tsp + water 2/3 cup
Mix well
Thick consistency
Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
