I don’t think it’s unreasonable to not want to leave a toddler who cannot effectively communicate yet with a stranger for days, even if they are a professional.
That’s not what he wants.
Is the toddler that can’t communicate effectively Brock? He behaves like a Neanderthal gym-bro and his temper just simmers below the surface. I can’t see this being a healthy relationship. Not to mention he has form. And for the love of God, he dresses like a clown. He did the love bombing and now he’s into the isolate from family and demeaning phase. 🚩

2:39 He swore at her in public. Brock dismissed it as “optics”. That’s why she said “stop talking”. Time and a place for private conversations, and imagine how he talks to her in private. So aggressive. And that shop assistant was so uncomfortable.
If someone kept telling me to “stop talking” I would lose my mind. If his laundry episode didn’t turn out 100% satisfactory, tell him “thanks for trying” and keep it up on your end if you insist on doing it yourself. I think we also have to remember, that Sheana’s mom stayed for quite some time when baby was born. She seemed to really put Brock down then. I imagine it has not improved.

Because Brock and the m in law are both overbearing, so they clash.
From what he and she explained about She's as relationship with her mum, it makes sense for him to her mother around less
It’s much better to have family or even just good friends look after your kid than a professional.
Not to sound insensitive but every episode one of the cast pops up with a new "trigger" or "anxiety" .... really irks me
